Nestled on the Waikoloa Village Golf Course at the 13th tee, this 3,200 square foot home is situated on one-half acre of land in prestigious Francolin Place. You'll enter along your own palm tree-lined driveway to find your private paradise.
The 800 s/f covered lanai provides a relaxing place to watch beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. The state of the art kitchen is fully-equiped with granite counter tops, 2 ovens plus microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer. A formal dining room is adjacent to the kitchen or dine outside with outdoor seating for 10.
The home is completely furnished, Island style. The large living room with skylight has a gas fireplace, surround-sound system and huge flat screen projection TV - 105 inches! The house also has wireless Internet, personal computer and fax.
The Master Suite has a king bed and access to the covered lanai, as well as a Flat Screen TV. The large Master bath has a Jacuzzi, Bidet and Walk In Shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, adjoining a huge bathroom. A private lanai connects to Bedrooms 2 and 3.
The Big Island is the most diverse island in the Hawaiian chain. There are spectacular hikes, fiery volcanoes and beautiful Kohala Coast beaches. Whether you like to bike, hike, surf, golf, or just lie on the beach, there is always an activity for you. We've been in love with the Big Island for 16 years now. Our visits were never long enough. In February 2008 we were delighted to purchase our Island home. Seattle is our other home, and we're pleased to share our Hawaii home with guests when we're not there. We'd love to have you visit!
Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Village
Situated on the 13th tee, Waikoloa Village provides a sense of community and Francolin Place sets us back from the hustle and bustle. So we're close to everything (10 minutes to the best beaches), we have a sense of privacy, and the golf is great!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our favorite is the 800 s/f lanai, where we dine, relax and entertain. Comfy chairs for reading and seating for 10+! The Master Suite is so spacious, and the guest bedrooms are set apart, with their own lanai and large bath. So everyone has their own space. The gourmet kitchen means we seldom eat out, and when the sun goes down, movies on the 105" projection screen are great fun. Come visit!
