Beautiful one bedroom one bath condo, steps away from a popular beach. Designer selected paint and decor with a comfortable island, beach feel. New laminate Beech wood flooring throughout the unit. Located on the ground floor, with a large lanai and grassy area perfect for lounging or eating lunch. Property features a pool, BBQ and tennis courts, all available at no extra charge. Condo stays cool during summers and has an air conditioner in the living room, and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Condo features a full kitchen, laundry, a large family room with futon to sleep an additional 2 people, and a dining area.

No car necessary, you can walk to two of the most beautiful beaches in south Maui: Kam II and Kam III beaches. Great location for relaxing, picnics, surfing, snorkeling, whale watching in season, and watching sunsets.

You can also walk to many restaurants that have views of the ocean. Next door to the complex is Fred’s, one of the island’s most popular Mexican restaurants, Moose McGullicuddy’s, a fantastic deli and café. Shopping is also within walking distance.

  • Great location on the island you are close to many coveted destinations. The washer and dryer were a godsend for those who want to pack less and have room for your sports equipment or gifts to take home. Recommend you hit Costco on your way to the condo and stock up. Very clean and comfortable. Definately made my trip to Maui memorable for all the right reasons and plan on coming back for sure!

  • I am so glad we sorted through all of the listings and chose your condo. It is in a fantastic location - we walked down to the beach every night to watch the sunset. We will be staying here on every return trip and can't wait to go back. The resort hostess was more than helpful and was able to help plan our trip while we were there. With all of the creature comforts you provide, it was so easy to unwind and enjoy all that the island has to offer. Your condo was the best location in the complex; it was right next to the pool, yet so private and secluded that we felt as if we were in a private house. We cannot wait to come back and stay at your lovely condo. The location was unbelievable, we walked everywhere, the beach and the restaurants were so close. Your pictures do not do it justice; we could not have enjoyed the place more. Thank you again.
