Located on Cancun's most pristine stretch of white sandy beach, Condominios Brisas offers 24-hour security, a mini deli, pool, kiddie pool, tennis, ample parking. We are a residential community located where you can enjoy a peaceful get-away and yet are only minutes away from the exciting night life Cancun provides and is so famous for.

Our condo contains amenities to make your stay with us a comfortable one. The granite top kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cookware & dinner ware, blender, linens, hairdryer. Our bedding is of superior quality. Extra pillows, blankets, and crib are provided upon request.

Our spacious, two-story corner penthouse has been recently remodeled. It features an Italian design kitchen and island with black granite countertops. Enjoy coffee overlooking the ocean in our glass enclosed breakfast nook, three balconies, and full-size rooftop sundeck boasting panoramic vistas of Cancun, the lagoon sunsets, and the Caribbean Sea sunrises. WOW ! The large living room includes a sleeper sofa, DVD, cable TV and a private telephone line. This condo has central air conditioning (mini-split). Master BR has king bed and 2 balconies overlooking ocean. one also overlooks lagoon. #2 BR has 14 ft of window overlooking lagoon.

  • We (5 adults)stayed in the penthouse condo(1401), Feb.14 to 28,2009. We enjoyed the accommodations, the great views from the various balconies and Gerry and Mary's warm and complete hospitality. The pool and beach were excellent (if a bit windy) and the location is a convenient one with good access to all of Cancun and area.

  • Thank you Gerry and Mary for the use of your condo (Unit 5102). It was well equipped and everything we needed. It was our first visit to Cancun, and it was great fun. We were very impressed with the project(clean, safe, quiet and 2 very nice pools) and we loved its prestigous location on the Hotel Zone, and facing directly onto some of the nicest beach front Cancun has to offer. We loved the pool and ocean view from our balcony and being able to barbeque occasionally. Also, thank you for giving us a tour of your pentholuse - Wow ! it is really quite lovely. We're already reserved for next Winter, and can hardly wait to return.

  • Our one bedroom condo was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet complex. Very few people in pool area or on beach which was a real bonus. Bus service very quick and handy to go downtown. On site store and laundry service was very convenient. Good place to stay if you want peace and quiet or for families with kids. Very safe environment.

    Dear Mr. Goldman: Thanks for your refund confirmation. We very much apreciate your kindness. We had a very nice time with our 2 kids in cancun, but now, watching the news, we understand we were very lucky been able to get plane tickets to fly back on saturday. The whole hotel area (bulevard kukulkán) has already been evacuated. All turists that stayed were moved out using 500 buses. We had a nice time and loved the condominum and its facilities.
