Pavilion Place: Beautiful new beach house with all the extras!
This beautifully decorated five bedroom, four bath home is located in the heart of the city of Isle of Palms. The interior looks like it came out of Coastal Living magazine.
There are great ocean views and breezes from this spacious house. You can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out at the ocean or relax in the rocking chairs all afternoon while feeling the ocean breezes.
This house is behind a fence and has a nice grassy area for the kids to enjoy and play.
The pool is also behind a gate for privacy. There are many lounge chairs around the pool as well as a poolside table for enjoying lunch or dinner by the pool.
House Details: There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor including the master bedroom. All these bedrooms have beautiful private bathrooms. The master bath boasts a huge travertine custom shower and two separate vanities. The master also has a private balcony with ocean views and breezes.
The first floor also has a large utility room with washer and dryer.
On the second floor you will find a beautiful well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. This beautiful open floor plan allows you to entertain a large crowd. The dining room has a ten top table with a fabulous palm chandelier above. The sitting area is very spacious with a flat screen TV over the mantle. There is also a deck on this floor with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are two other bedrooms on this floor and they share a beautifully decorated bathroom.
On the third floor you will find a wet bar with a stainless steel fridge and granite countertops. Enjoy rocking with fabulous views in one of our many Charleston rocking chairs.
As if this house didn’t sound perfect already there is also an elevator and a huge outdoor shower!

The Area: Isle of Palms is a wonderful place to visit. It is absolutely beautiful. The house is steps from the beach and there are so many things to do in the surrounding area. You could rent boats, jet skis, and kayaks right here on the Isle of Palms. You could also go fishing, parasailing, or sightseeing. The best breakfast and the lunch in town are right around the corner- “The Sea Biscuit” as well as a lot of other restaurants. The Towne Center is located five minutes away. There you will find great restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. If you want to visit historic, downtown Charleston, you are only 15 minutes away.
There are many fabulous restaurants in the area. I will be glad to give you some suggestions or recommendations if you decide to stay on IOP!
