Located in Seascape, a gated golf, beach, and tennis resort. Our designer decorated two bedroom, two bath, smoke-free condominium will provide you a perfect vacation getaway. Our condominium is located in a tranquil spot, with lush plantings and a relaxing patio next to the pool, tennis court and lots of green space.
Destin's white sand beaches and Emerald waters are just a short walk away. Seascape offers 2000 feet of private beach for your enjoyment, along with the beachfront Whale's Tail restaurant, and 18 hole golf course, and three fully stocked lakes for your fishing enjoyment.
One bedroom offers a queen size bed with a private bath and the other bedroom offers two twin size beds, plus an additional sofa bed in the main living area. Linen is provided for those who are not bringing a pet. Pet owner are ask to pay the $100 pet fee for linen to be provided or waive the pet fee and bring your own linen. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's even a gas grill on the patio for backyard barbecues.
All you will need is a swimsuit, sunscreen, and a beach towel!
Seascape is a quiet and serene resort, covered with magnolia trees, palms, and azaleas. It is a wonderful place for children, and is conveniently located to all the activities of Destin.
A shopper's paradise is one mile down the road at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, which features over 100 designer name stores. Also, located within a few miles, is the new Destin Commons. This open air mall features a new multi-screen, state of the art movie theater, countless popular stores, and exciting new restaurants.
For the outdoor enthusiast, there are multiple water sport activities such as Big Kuhuna's Water Park. Additionally, Baytowne Wharf is located nearby and offers many outdoor events and festivals. The close proximity to Sandestin and Destin makes Seascape a wonderful vacation destination.

Why the Owner Chose Seascape
We started comming to this area back in 2006 and this condo was one of the first places we rented. We loved it so much we offered to buy it from the owner. Soon after purchasing it we decided to make Destin our full time residence. We love the area. The beauty of the water and sand are superior to any place we have ever visited. Seascape is a wonderful place to visit if you have kids and a pet. It is a low density complex. Lots of large oak shade trees for kids to climb and play under. A wonderful neighborhood to walk your dog.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love that I can rinse off my car and dog with the water hose just outside my door. I also enjoy that the garbage can is just out side. No need to walk to a dumster. The reserved beachside parking for Seascape is a life saver. The pedestrian bridge over the road is wonderful if you need to send little ones back to the condo for the boogie board. Also you can grill just a few feet off the patio on our own private grill. It is illegal to grill on a balcony and public grills are always a mess.

We are Rick and Sharon. We have two sons and a wonderful family dog named Gabby. Destin is our home. Rick is self employeed and Sharon is the founder of a charity called Cots for Homeless Canines and works numerous hours with homeless pets. Our children are young adults who enjoy the water sports and all Destin has to offer.

We stayed in this condo and it was wonderful. It was clean and the owners were very easy to deal with. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is right out of your back door. The beach is not very far from the condo. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here when we come back to Destin. We have recommended this condo to friends.

Thank you Sharon for sharing your condo with me and my family. The place was well kept, clean and updated with all necessities. We really liked the tile floors and obvious care you have taken. Although the pool was closed a few time for cleaning, due to careless parents of small children, the location couldnt have been better so close to the pool and in the midst of the golf course, which we love. The description doesnt do justice to this place, i wish we could have stayed longer. We have recommended staying at these condos to friends, and now we are recommending this particular one. Sharon was extremely helpful to us and the price was great. Thank you again.

My husband and our two children stayed in this condo for our vacation the week after Memorial Day 2011. I can't say enough about how clean and well-maintained the condo was, as well as how convenient it is to the pool as well as beach access. The flooring throughout is a nice ceramic tile that makes sweeping / cleanup very easy at the end of a day and the furnishings / interior are updated and comfortable. We travel nearly every year to Seascape and always need to rent condos for our growing extended family; we will definitely try to rent this unit again for future trips.

My family & I stayed here last year (2010) and it was great. The condo was in the perfect area, within walking distance of 5 minutes to the beach, or you could drive. The pool was right next to our condo, along with the tennis courts. It was just great. We may even change our plans for vacation this year and come back. My husband's co-worker had a condo at this location and sold it, so that is how we ended up at this condo. The price was great as well.
