Spacious newly renovated 2 bedroom villa located in the heart of St Barts, minutes away from St Jean and Saline. Extremely quiet and private, panoramic views on the island (mostly green zone) and the sea.
The master bedroom is very large and opens directly on the spacious terrace. The other bedroom is smaller and opens on a gallery separated from the terrace by tropical plants. Each bedroom has AC, a King size bed, satellite TV with a DVD player and its own bathroom.
The pool is in the center of the villa.
Fully equipped kitchen with the best of everything .
Designer furniture and fixtures, as well as built-in furniture designed by the owner. Two entrances: an electric gate leads to a private parking which is at the same level than the villa, and a guest entrance with parking at the street level.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The location is "The Best", trust somebody who has been living there for a while.
As a result of being at the end of a private road, there is no traffic noise and the villa is remarkably quiet and peaceful. In the same time we are a few minute drive from the center of St Jean, St Jean Beach and Saline Beach.

We have been living on St Barths for more than 30 years. We bought this villa 5 years ago, and remodeled it almost completely. keeping the charm of a traditional Caribbean construction, but giving it a modern feel.
This villa is our home, don't worry, our personal belongings are stored in the basement.
For school and medical reasons, we will be spending a lot of time away from home in the next couple of years, so we decided to have others enjoy it as well. And we are certain they will.
