The master bedroom is very large and opens directly on the spacious terrace. Each bedroom has AC, a King size bed, satellite TV with a DVD player and its own bathroom. One of the bedroom opens on the garden.
The pool is in the center of the villa.
Fully equipped kitchen with the best of everything .
Designer furniture and fixtures, as well as built-in furniture designed by the owner. Two entrances: an electric gate leads to a private parking which is at the same level than the villa, and a guest entrance with parking at the street level.

We have been living on St Barths for more than 30 years. We bought this villa 5 years ago, and remodeled it almost completely. keeping the charm of a traditionnal Caribbean construction, but giving it a modern feel.
This villa is our home, don't worry, our personnal belongings are stored in a 4th bedroom not available for rental.
For school and medical reasons, we will be spending a lot of time away from home in the next couple of years, so we deccided to have others enjoy it as well. And we are certain they will.
