Freshly given a facelift in Fall 2010 with new paint, carpet, linens and fixtures!Relax and enjoy this wide private beach in South Ponte Vedra. The family friendly four bedroom house is great for two families to share or multigenerational families. There are 2 king bedrooms, a pair of twin beds in one room and a twin trundle room. Two bedrooms have TV's and the living room. Two and a half baths inside and outdoor shower to take off the sand. Seperate sunroom for sitting and reading while others watch tv. The outdoor patio has a shower, charcoal grill and dining table. The front yard is fenced. The back yard is fenced from the street.
You'll relax in the cool colors inside The Three Palms. Additional photos available upon request. Please inquire as we don't always have our calendar current.
Located nearby is the Guana State Park and Environmental Center. Also, you will find shopping, antiques, art, golf, Historic St. Augustine and various restaurants and marinas within a 30 minute drive.
Although this house is not currently on the market, owner will entertain any repectful offers.

We stayed this summer and LOVE LOVE LOVED it. So nice to wake up and walk down to the beach. No need to drive (except to buy supplies). Once we discovered where the BEST Seafood Market was - it was even better - Mayport (worth the drive).
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
