Relax and enjoy this wide private beach in South Ponte Vedra. The family friendly four bedroom house is great for two families to share or multigenerational families. There are 2 king bedrooms, a pair of twin beds in one room and a twin trundle room. Two bedrooms have TV's and the living room. Two and a half baths inside and outdoor shower to take off the sand. Seperate sunroom for sitting and reading while others watch tv. The outdoor patio has a shower, charcoal grill and dining table. The front yard is fenced. The back yard is fenced from the street.
You'll relax in the cool colors inside The Three Palms. Additional photos available upon request. Please inquire as we don't always have our calendar current.
We offer a weekly membership to the Serenata Beach Club through our house. The dues for access are approx $175/week for your entire party.
Located nearby is the Guana State Park and Environmental Center. Also, you will find shopping, antiques, art, golf, Historic St. Augustine and various restaurants and marinas within a 30 minute drive.
