Gorgeous View!!! This brand new, beach house is the perfect beach vacation rental. This Oceanfront house is the largest on the beach at 6000 square feet. It boasts the largest number of bedrooms and bathrooms too (10 of each). You can rent the house as a 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom house with 6000 square feet or as a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom rental with 3000 square feet. The house is divided with solid wood french doors between each side or opened up to have the use of the full 6000 square feet.
The house is very expensively furnished and decorated. All of the counter tops in the house are granite, including the bathrooms. The kitchen appliances are stainless. there are 2 fireplaces for those chilly evenings in the winter and early spring.
The house has an awesome view from your bedroom or from four of your ocean front decks. The poolside view is fabulous and the pool is heated! Perfect for those cool nights.
With King, Queen, Double, Bunk, and Twin beds this house has enough room for the whole family. Flat screen TV's throughout. Parking for up to 8 vehicles. Laundry rooms with 4 washers and dryers. The 2 elevators located next tot he front doors, make unpacking and repacking your car very easy. All three floors can be accessed via the elevators.
Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from your bedroom with doors leading to the deck or pool. Check in is on Saturday and check out is the following Saturday for weekly stays. You will love this house for your beach vacations, it is full of wonderful amenities, sightseeing, and great views from anywhere in the house.

This house is perfect for a large family reunion or in our case, the DIY wedding of our dreams! We rented the 2 sides, they open up together beautifully through wide double doors in the living rooms. In addition, the deck can be opened all the way across. The space is impressive, immaculate, tasteful. The 2 kitchens were vital to our 3 day event, with plenty of counter space and oven space. There is so much seating throughout that everyone had plenty of room to move around or sit down. Our master suite king bed was heavenly, and the rain shower in the HUGE shower had great water pressure. Even with all 10 bedrooms occupied we never once felt crowded. The house is well built you don't hear even the next door neighbor. The beach here is pristine, and in the fall virtually deserted. This house made our special event perfect! The cake baker even said it was one of the best spaces he'd seen. Our friends said out of the top 10 weddings they'd been to, ours was a 12!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful house to gather so many family members!! The house is beautiful and spacious and very well maintained. Every view in the house is out of this world! Right on the beach, lovely pool, close to Kure Pier for fishing, Fort Fisher, Aquarium,Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Wilmington. The additional parking across from the house was such an added bonus and made it easy to leave room in the driveway for grilling. :) We had a total of 35 people and there was enough room for everyone and we never felt crowded! The owners were such a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience so easy for me to plan this huge family event! We had such a wonderful family vacation! Terrific house for all those family gatherings!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We recently stayed at the house with family and friends, both from the States and overseas, and we all had an amazing time. The owners could not have been more helpful. The house is wonderfully spacious and well maintained, the pool lovely, and the beach so close. We will stay there again - in fact, we all can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

Our combined 6 families and 4 generations had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was well maintained and new-looking. The heated pool was a hit in April. Owners were absolutley great to work with. Would definitely recommend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house is a site to see! We had a wonderful time last year and the owners are a pleasure to deal with!!
