Gorgeous View!!! This brand new, beach house is the perfect beach vacation rental. This Oceanfront house is the largest on the beach at 6000 square feet. It boasts the largest number of bedrooms and bathrooms too (10 of each). You can rent the house as a 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom house with 6000 square feet or as a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom rental with 3000 square feet. The house is divided with solid wood french doors between each side or opened up to have the use of the full 6000 square feet.
The house is very expensively furnished and decorated. All of the counter tops in the house are granite, including the bathrooms. The kitchen appliances are stainless. there are 2 fireplaces for those chilly evenings in the winter and early spring.
The house has an awesome view from your bedroom or from four of your ocean front decks. The poolside view is fabulous and the pool is heated! Perfect for those cool nights.
With King, Queen, Double, Bunk, and Twin beds this house has enough room for the whole family. Flat screen TV's throughout. Parking for up to 8 vehicles. Laundry rooms with 4 washers and dryers. The 2 elevators located next tot he front doors, make unpacking and repacking your car very easy. All three floors can be accessed via the elevators.
Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from your bedroom with doors leading to the deck or pool. Check in is on Saturday and check out is the following Saturday for weekly stays. You will love this house for your beach vacations, it is full of wonderful amenities, sightseeing, and great views from anywhere in the house.

AMUSEMENT RIDES AND BOARD WALK. FREE FIREWORKS DISPLAY EVERY WEEK AT 9PM.

We recently stayed at the house with family and friends, both from the States and overseas, and we all had an amazing time. The owners could not have been more helpful. The house is wonderfully spacious and well maintained, the pool lovely, and the beach so close. We will stay there again - in fact, we all can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our combined 6 families and 4 generations had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was well maintained and new-looking. The heated pool was a hit in April. Owners were absolutley great to work with. Would definitely recommend.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This house is a site to see! We had a wonderful time last year and the owners are a pleasure to deal with!! Its a terrific house for family get togethers!!!
