Nice and cozy house in Sorrento, with nice view on the bay of Naples and Vesuvius.
The house it has been renovated in 2007, it's located in a quiet, sunny and elevated position surrounded by olives and orange trees and meadows, approx. 1.5 km away from the main beaches.
The access to the house consist in a narrow typical alley uphill, you'll find a private parking inside the lot.
The house has shortcut to the town center about a 1.5 km and also a normal road by car.
The owner Peppe is your next door neigh bourn; he will give you a lift by car on arrival and departure, and give you a lift when possible.
The holiday house is located 200 m from the famous congress centre Hilton Sorrento Palace.
The access to the inside of the house is from a beautiful little terrace, inside you'll find a large living room with a double sofa bed and TV Sat with Internationals chennels, linked to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, in the same area the first bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.
On the lower floor, a second bedroom with twins bed (can be set as queen size), a bathroom with Hydro-shower, and a washing machine.
Security deposit: Euro 200,00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the house the property manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport.

We stayed at Casa Donna Titina and we would recommend it if you are going to Sorrento. The house is well equiped, large enough to accomodate four people, and it has a nice pateo with a great view of Vesuvio. Pepe (the owner) and his family are very friendly. We did enjoy our stay there!

This is a very nice two bedroom villa with great views of the Bay of Sorrento, surrounding towns and the Bay of Naples. Garden on site has lemon trees and lanes leading to town traverse lemon orchards. Owner and host Mr. Pepe is great and was happy to give us lifts and pick us up in town which overcame the distance and elevation from the town center. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Casa Donna Titina in the hills right above Sorrento. Amazing view across the bay to Naples and Vesuvius. The house is very comfortable for 4 people. Signore Pepe was a warm and welcoming host.

Our stay with Pepe (our host) and his family at Casa Donna Titina was the highlight of holiday in Italy. Pepe provided a wealth of information and assistance to make stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The villa's location afords you a beautiful view of the bay of Naples. Sorrento is an ideal location for excursions to Naples, Capri, Pomei, and the Amalfi Coast. The villa is well apointed and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit. Upon arrival in Sorrento in our rental car, we called Peppe, who came right down and guided us up to the villa, which is next to his home in the hills overlooking Sorrento, with a great view of the bay of Naples and mnt vesuvius. We where greeted warmly by Peppe and his family with lemonchelo made by him from lemons grown in his own garden. The villa was ready when we arrived, well maintained with everything we needed. It was verry hot when we arrived but the lack of air conditioning was not a problem, we just closed the windows and shutters during the day wile we were out like Peppe and the house stayed cool. While we where their, Peppe went out of his way to accommodate us, he is well known locally and can help arrange anything from dinner reservations, boat rentals, and transportation. Its about a 10 min walk to the center of town via a nice stone path, so driving in town is not necessary, but I would recommend a car if you want to explore the Amalfi coast. The best thing about staying here was the new friends that we made and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you Peppe, Nonna and family for making our vacation so memorable. Hope to see you soon. We arrived at Villa Donna Titina in the evening of August 7th and Peppe and his wife greeted us with Limoncello and Espresso. The first impression of the place far exceeded our expectations. The view was breathtaking and the drive up to the house was memorable (no big cars here). So if you're looking for a house away from the centre of Sorrento with a quiet location, then this is the place. We came with 2 small children (4 & 8 yrs old) and my wife's 80 year old mom, so we didn't do much walking into town with them, so a car is essential if you stay here. However, my wife and I did walk into town one morning and we had no problem. The house has no AC, but it really wasn't necessary. The cool mountain breeze kept the evenings around 22 degrees Celcius, which was very comfortable for sleeping, considering the day-time temperatures of 32 degrees in August. Peppe was very helpful in giving me a ride into town for groceries and showing me around on his Vespa! He has beautiful lemon trees and peach trees which he shared with us each day; amazing. We miss them!

Staying at Casa Donna Titina was the highlight of our 5 week European vacation. Peppe and his family welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home for the 2 weeks we rented the villa. The Villa was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Our children loved playing ping pong and foosball. Peppe was always available to answer any of our questions or make recommendations. You can walk into town from the Villa but I would recommend a car especially if you plan on going to the beach. We would definitly stay at Casa Donna Titina again. It was an experience we will never forget and we have Peppe and his family to thank!

Nonna Titina, Pepe and family received us with open arms and were most welcoming. The villa sits on a beautiful hill overlooking the bay of Naples. The house is confortable, well equiped, has a wonderful kitchen to cook up those wonderful Italian meals and an overall great place to stay in Sorrento. The 5 minute walk to the city is scenic and very accessible. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Titina.

The highlight of our visit to the Amalfi Coast was staying at this wonderful house with a panoramic view of Sorrento & the entire bay area. The accomodation was new and spotless clean with a distinctly rustic, old world charm . Our hosts, Pepe & family, opened their hearts with a proudly Italian greeting including expressos all around and fresh lemons from their garden. The VRBO property manager, Brunno, is an extremely charming & friendly individual who apparently knows everyone in Sorrento personally. Brunno had many key suggestions and quickly arranged a motor boat rental in which we toured the world famous Amalfi Coast including Positano, Il Gali and the Isle of Capri! It was the best single day of our amazing 2 week Italian tour. Together Pepe & Brunno averted disaster when our 5 passports were inadvertently left behind. At no cost they arranged a personal friend to deliver them to Rome the following day! When you are a guest of Brunno and Pepe's you are indeed in the best of hands. Cheers
