  Let me begin by saying any trip to Provo is wonderful. However, I must say our experience staying in this beautiful condo was beyond our expectations. It was tastefully appointed and included every item you could possibly imagine in a kitchen to make your stay comfortable. The resort itself is very quiet and gives much attention to detail. It's also situated in a prime location which is what we were looking for. So I saved the best for last; Cary! If anyone has any reservations about renting this great condo, let those worries pass you by. Cary was great to work with and we will will not hesitate to stay with her again and again. Thanks Cary for all your assistance and for making our vacation the BEST!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Our family of four just returned from our seven day vacation at The Regent Grand. The resort and villa are beautiful. The villa is appointed with top of the line features and is nicely decorated making you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you step through the door. The balcony overlooks the amazing infinity pool and is very peaceful. Most mornings we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The staff members we encountered at the resort were friendly and accommodating.The resort is convenient to great restaurants and a grocery store. My husband and son enjoyed golf at the Provo Golf Club and my daughter and I enjoyed the Teona Spa. We also took advantage of the fitness facility … small but well-equipped. The beach in front of the resort feels private compared to some of the larger resorts. Walking along the beach quickly became a favorite activity... it's gorgeous.This was our first-time renting through VRBO and visiting the Turks and Caicos. We had a wonderful experience primarily because Cary was so helpful prior to our trip and was accessible during our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and the experience of a vacation on Grace Bay.

  My family (of 4) had a fabulous stay at the Regent Grand recently. The condo was fantastic...clean & comfortable, with a great view of the pool and very short walk to the gym. Cary has included all the important things you need to have a comfortable stay in the condo. It's a private setting without having to rush out at 6 am to reserve a chaise. Pool side drinks are available with your wet pool towels always being replaced by nice clean dry ones throughout the day! It's a gorgeous piece of paradise and we look forward to going back to The Turks and hopefully being able to rent the same condo for our next visit!

  What a pleasure it was to stay at such a beautifully appointed villa! We spent one week at the Regent Grand on our first vacation to Turks&Caicos in February and it was perfect for our family of four. The villa was spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony overlooking the spectacular pool area. The resort felt private and very quiet which was exactly what we were looking for and the service at the Regent Grand was by far the best we have EVER experienced in the Carribean! We loved the Island and most restaurants were just a short walk down the beach. We always felt safe and it was easy to get around. Cary, thank you for sharing your beautiful villa and making us feel so welcome. We loved every minute!

  This was our second visit to the Turks and Caicos and it certainly will not be our last! The beaches are second to none and the Regent Grand is a wonderful place to stay. Very convenient to many great restaurants and shops. Cary (the owner) is a pleasure to rent from. She made sure that we had all the information we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen in the unit is very nice! We had breakfast and lunch out on the beautiful terrace every day. The staff at the Regent Grand was very friendly and helpful and were calling us by name throughout our stay. I highly recommend this island, this resort and this unit!!!

  This new condo is a bright, private, corner unit. It's meticulously clean, comfortable and luxurious. The fully equipped kichen was a pleasure to cook in! The resort is beautiful, family friendly and conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach and the gorgeous pool. The owners are responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this property for a vacation to Provo.

  We just returned from a five day stay at this villa where we had an amazing time. First, the resort was immaculate, the staff was over-the-top helpful, and the other guests were so friendly. Located right on the beach, the white sand had the softest feel of any Caribbean beach we have ever visited. Everything we needed was in close proximity to the resort, including shopping, restaurants, rental cars, activities, etc. The resort was truly in the very best location! Secondly, the villa itself was gorgeous! It was spacious and clean with an amazing view of the infinity pool. It was also extremely quiet and peaceful which made for a very restful getaway. Lastly, we cannot even begin to say how fantastic Cary (the villa owner) was with helping us prepare for our trip. She was so gracious and kind and her recommendations for places to dine, things to do, and sights to see were exactly what we needed. We are already talking about visiting this resort and this villa again. If you are going to Turks and Caicos and looking for the perfect villa....this is definitely it!!!

  We recently stayed at this spacious condo and had a wonderful time. Its conveniently located to many restaurants (walking distance), rental cars, and Dive Provo shop. The condo was immacualte - SO clean! Everything was new from the kitchen to living room. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beach was spectacular- white powder sand like you've never seen. The staff at this condo were very attentive and nice.

  Dylan and I had a FANTASTIC time at The Regent Grand and you will NEVER regret renting from Jeff and Cary. The staff was great, the location was AMAZING and of course the condo was perfect. Really, we couldn't have asked for a better or more relaxing week. Cary goes above and beyone by sending tons of info about the island and the area and even called to give us her recommendations that proved to be fabulous. We will definitely be contacting them again to rent in the future. Hopefully we can make it an annual trip! :-)

  This is the best vacation we have ever had! We have stayed in many of the top resorts in the carribean and this condo was spectacular! The condo is clean, modern and comfortable. It is centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The food at these restaurants was amazing! The beach was very secluded and ralaxing and the resort pool was incredible! The owners of this condo really go out of their way to make sure you are prepared and informed about the island. It was awesome!

  This was our first visit to the Turkes & Caicos Islands, but it will not be our last! We have traveled to many places in the carribean and this is by far the BEST! The island itself is amazing! The condo was fabulous! The kitchen is all state of the art and brand new! Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is there for you. You can stay in and cook dinner, or walk across the street to one of the MANY awesome restaurants! The secluded beach and shopping make this the perfect location!

  This is a spectacular condo. We last stayed at The Sands and could not imagine a nicer place until we rented this condo. It is top of the line and we almost had the beach to ourselves. The pool is open 24 hours and my daughter and her friend would go down around midnight for a swim and some jacuzzi time. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the stars. We travel frequently and this is definitely one of the nicest places we have rented. It is also very convenient to restaurants. Cary was a wealth of information and checked to make sure everything was OK when we arrived as well as when we returned. We will be back and we will be giving out info to everyone we know who wants to go to the most beautiful beach in the world. Kathy

  The five of us stayed at the villa for a full week and we enjoyed every minute of it. The location was great, the resort was beautiful and quiet, and the beach and the water was out of this world. Everyone was very friendly and the service was great. Cary and Jeff (the owners) provided us with all the helpful information regarding the island and best places to eat before our trip. Cary even took time to call us to make sure that all our questions were answered. Their place was wonderful and beautiful. if you are looking for a relaxing but fun vacation, this is the place to go.   We really enjoyed staying at the villa, it has all the amenities we were looking for. The villa it self is very nicely furnished, clean, bright, open and very comfortable for a family of 4. The location vas perfect, close to the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place!

  We just returned from the best vacation we have ever taken! Our family of 4 stayed in this villa, which overlooks the incredible pool and grounds. The location of this resort is perfect! We could walk along the incredible beaches of Grace Bay, or walk to many little shops and restaurants in front of the complex. The Regent Grand is fairly new, but we were surprised at how few people were around. The lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach were always available, and the pool was never crowded. I highly, highly recommend this place! We had very good service from the staff and this villa and resort has all the amenities. You will not believe the ocean view when you walk through the beautiful arch walkways. I guarantee you will take many pictures of this complex, so be prepared. If you want to get away from it all, and really relax and enjoy the sun and water, this is the place! Obviously, we did not want to leave! Our stay was 5 out of 5!
