August 2008 - "My wife and I spent a week in Kerri's place and from the first email to our last day, Kerri was incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to do business with. The apartment has been completely updated, tripped out and beautifully decorated. What you see in the pictures is everything you get plus more. The king-size bed has a wonderfully comfortable pillow top mattress and the designer bedroom and bathroom linens are plush. The back yard is completely fenced and private and was perfect for our dog. It was also a pleasure to be able to sit out in comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy the flowers while we cooked on the grill. Hudson is a charming village and close to other quaint towns. It is also very convenient for taking the train into New York City. If you are considering staying in the Hudson Valley, you will not be disappointed with these accommodations."

Year Purchased: 1998
Spirited and fun loving...I enjoy all that life has to offer...and it seems my vacation renters do too! I purchased this great home over 10 years ago and decided to renovate it into an open living floor plan that provided privacy and comfort. Shortly after completing the renovation I met and married my husband Glenn and we moved into another home that would give each of the kids their own bedrooms. I couldn't give up this great space so decided to rent it as a vacation rental so others could enjoy it as much as I did while they are visiting Hudson for a weekend, week, or season. If the idea of having your own home away from home to come and go without sharing space with anyone sounds like what you are looking for, this vacation rental is a great option to consider.
