2104 Palm Blvd is a beautiful home located right on the beach. It is centrally located on the Isle of Palms with easy access to the County Park, local restaurants, beach shopping, ice cream, and other entertainment. The beach path access is directly behind this house! About 50 yards away there is a handicap access beach path and has been recently renovated for greater accessibility. This is also a lifeguarded section of the beach!
4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. 3 Story completely renovated home - everything in this home is brand new! The downstairs includes a master suite (king bed) complete with a separate living area (with 2 twin beds in alcove) and full master bath with large walk-in shower and also has a separate room with a garden tub and TV!
On the main floor is a 2-story tall living room and an open kitchen perfect for entertaining with all stainless appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a bedroom (queen) and full bath on this floor. There are also two separate dining tables which seat 6 per table! Across the front of this level is a great sundeck with lounge chairs for the whole party and a nice stainless gas grill.
On the third level, you have 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds) and another full bath, a living room (with queen sofa bed), plus another sundeck.
Home has three living rooms all equipped with 50-inch flat screen TVs and DVD Players. All bedrooms also have flat screen TVs. Great landscaped yard. There is also a game room with a billiard table, flat screen TV, and refrigerator!
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.
The great location, size of the house, and reasonable price are by far a GREAT DEAL for a family beach vacation!! The Isle of Palms has the only beach in South Carolina or Georgia listed as a Blue Wave Beach! We have now received this award for more than 10 years in a row. We are very proud! We are a group of friends who enjoy the beach because of the seafood and we love to cook. (I hate to make a negative comment, but the lighting is not quite strong enough for the kitchen.)The view was great. The beds were the most comfortable "beach beds" in all of the properties we have rented. The open space living and dining area gave us all the space we needed. We used on table as in "internet cafe" and the other for dining. All of us are big readers, so the TV's were not used except for a football game. The rest of the time we each grabbed a reading chair/couch and enjoyed the quiet. The folks at Carroll Realty are always a delight to work with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
