This large, luxury, executive quality condo has never been rented before. It is in a beautiful building with three other units ...there are a total of five four-unit buildings all surrounding the pool and palapa.
Because there are two security gates, no one enters the property without careful scrutiny hence safety is extremely high. For example, we always leave with our doors unlocked.
Our Spanish speaking housekeeper can be there for as much time as you desire. She will clean, cook and otherwise make your stay perfectly comfortable and private. She can also take the bus into Rivas to do grocery shopping for you.
There is a brand new restaurant and bar on site, and excellent resort and native restaurants nearby as well. This is a very remote location with tons of natural amenities. You will see Iguanas, wild parakeets, howler monkeys, turtles laying eggs just a few feet from your patio, etc.
Because we have imported all the appliances from California including a Tempurpedic King size bed, and installed furnishing meant for our personal use (e.g., glass on dining table cost more than $1500) we will require a substantial security deposit and personal references. |
