Located just across the street from the Seabrook Island Club which opened in May with a New Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar area, pools, 1 which is heated year round for your enjoyment!! A large sun deck and sandy beach with beach lounge chairs are available for your use.
2901 Atrium Villas is a first level villa featuring Ocean and Fairway views, and it's own covered parking area. The Living Area has tiled floors, a new 32" flat screen TV with cable access and DVD player. The remodeled kitchen has new granite countertops, and cabinets! New carpet in the 2 bedrooms along with new furniture and queen pillow top mattresses and bedding have been added! There is cable TV in each bedroom along with the family room! Each bedroom has private adjoining full baths plus dressing area.
Enjoy the view of the ocean and golf course from the patio/deck which is furnished with two tables & chairs with seating for 8. No Pets or Smoking Allowed. Local phone service is available at no charge.

Cleaning Fee Included with All Rentals.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities - swimming pools, golf courses, tennis courts, horseback riding, fitness center and a variety of restaurants are included in rentals of 4 nights or more! These cards cost $150 per week if not included!!! For rentals less than 4 nights, cards cost $25/day if you wish to access the Club. You can always go to the beach with out the amenity cards!!!

Why the Owner Chose Atrium Villas
When we moved to NC in 2003 and spent weekends looking along the coast from Wilmington to Hilton Head for the right beach property. We found Seabrook Island by accident while we were at a soccer tournment on John's Island with our youngest daughter. That same weekend we made an offer and closed within the month. Our purchase of 2901 Atrium Villas was as a family weekend getaway beach condo and occasional rental property.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
While spending as much time as we can on Seabrook we found that the living space was a little cramped. This year we completed an extensive renovation by creating a dinning room, completely remodeling the Kitchen and both bathroms with new cabinets, granite counters, tile floors and bath walls.
Owner's Map of Atrium Villas
Bill & Karen Carey originally from New Jersey with Karen growing up in Ocean City we wanted a ocean beach property. Seabrook Island is the quite getaway we need plus it is near to Charleston SC with city life resturants and shopping.

Can you imagine rising in the morning with first sun, taking your coffee out on the deck and with the binoculars watching the shrimp boats taking to sea . Just heaven!!! My stay at Seabrook was so relaxing, everyone was helpful , our condo was like something out of a movie. We walked every place we wanted to go. We had easy access to grocery stores and eating establishments. Lots of friendly people and of course our family members were close by. Thanks to you all in Seabrook Bill and Dolores Carey

I thought Seabrook Island was a great place for a family vacation. Had everything you wanted to do in one community. If you woke up and wanted a massage, go horse back riding, or play golf you could. Also with Charleston within 20 minutes made a great trip over for the day with shops and large selections of restraunts. I also enjoyed the fishing trips they offered right outside Seabrook at the Landing. Which also contained some shops and restaraunts. Felt safe with the community being gated and secured. Shane Carey

Seabrook Island has everything one could wish for….excellent restaurants, accommodations, golfing, tennis, fishing, boating, horseback riding, bike paths and truly unforgettable sunsets. We rode horses one morning on the beach watching the sunrise, lounged poolside all afternoon then walked to the beach to watch the sunset as a fire was being built beachside to roast marshmallows and enjoy great conversations with the family. We had a fantastic stay at your condo. It was beautifully decorated and quiet at night, which is important to us. The huge shower was very nice and a great day to rinse off the sand. The view of the golf course was quite entertaining, especially the alligator sunning itself. Simply walking across the non-busy street to the pools and beach can't be beat. We are looking forward to returning!
