This one-of-a-kind penthouse is located on the 8th and 9th floors at Pat's at Punalu'u which has been recently renovated. It has spectacular sunrise, ocean and mountain views. This condo will someday be our retirement home and has been completely renovated with the best of everything.
Amenities include an ocean-side bedroom with a king-size bed and a wrap around lanai and wet bar with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There is also an ocean-side wrap around lanai in the living room and one in the mountain-side bedroom. The mountain-side bedroom also includes a king-size bed and an elevated lounging/sleeping area (for 2) with mountain view. Downstairs, the bedroom has a "surf" theme with a painted mural of the early days of the North Shore. It has twin beds, which can be made into a king and a full-size futon with ottoman. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. We also have a portable crib available by request.
The kitchen has Silestone countertops, stainless steel appliances, Jenn-Air range with grill and a fridge with filtered ice and water. There is also a Jacuzzi tub downstairs, a large capacity washer and dryer in the unit, all linens, tile floors, beach equipment and everything else that you need for your stay in paradise.
The complex has a picnic area, pool and gym. Best of all, it is on a long stretch of almost deserted beach where you can take quiet walks and relax to the sight and sounds of the surf. Also, the ocean is reef-protected so the water is almost always perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
The condo is located less than 10 minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Kualoa Ranch. Other “must see” destinations such as Sunset Beach are less than 20 minutes away.
