90 feet of sea wall and boat dock, which is ideal for fishing. You can hire or bring your own boat to explore the local waterways.
This unspoilt beautiful part of Florida is the ideal retreat to get away and relax, but still offers plenty to do and discover.
Fabulous white sandy beaches with warm waters are within 15min drive away. Golf Courses are a few minutes away and the fishing is second to none. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are within ten minutes drive. The International airports of Tampa is one hour and 30 minutes, Orlando two hours and 30 minutes, Miami three hours and 30 minutes. The local airports of Sarasota and Fort Myers are about 45 minutes.

My husband and I spent a quiet and relaxing month at the Riverside Villa. We love the area and the setting, and the view from the lanai over the canal, especially at sunset. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. Since this was the coldest March in 60 years in Florida, we enjoyed the televisions, and used the pool and spa infrequently. The water was warm but the air was cool! This is a large home that would be an excellent choice for a family group. Everything went smoothly so we didn't even get to meet the property manager. The owners were very helpful during the rental process.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great property for peace and quiet. Had everything we required. The pool was great and warm all the time, nice not to have to pay extra! A car would be essential. Would have loved to use the bikes, but the weather was to hot. But it would have been great to do that as it was flat and virtually traffic free,Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

My family spent two weeks here for Christmas 2011. It was a great trip and the house met our needs perfectly. It is a very roomy house and the back yard was a bonus. We loved the pool and spa. The view was relaxing. We would definitely rent here again!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
