The townhouse has a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and is located in the amazing beach community of Encinitas, San Diego. Inside the townhouse, the large east facing master comes with a huge king, the west facing master a queen, with a sofabed downstairs, all with luxury sheets, pillows and towels. Also included are high speed WiFi, full cable TV, video games, DVD, and a full size washer/dryer. The small and quiet collection of townhomes sits atop a bluff in Encinitas, overlooking the ocean. The complex offers a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ and some of the most amazing sunset views! Included is the use of two side by side parking spaces in a secure parking garage. The complex itself it is a very short walk to the beach - you can choose three(!) nearby. Swami's has world class surfing, D Street is a local surf spot, and the third, Moonlight Beach, is a perfect family beach with white sand, snack bar, lifeguards - all within walking distance!!
