This top of the bluff 1500+ square foot townhouse is available now for your next vacation! It boasts two large master bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings. The west facing bedroom has views of the ocean, and the east has panoramic views of downtown. The townhouse has a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and is located in the amazing beach community of Encinitas, San Diego.
Inside the townhouse, the large east facing master comes with a huge king, the west facing master a queen, plus a sofabed downstairs, all with luxury sheets, pillows and towels. Also included are high speed WiFi, full cable TV, video games, BluRay/DVD, and a full size washer/dryer.
The small and quiet collection of townhomes sits atop a bluff in Encinitas, overlooking the ocean. The complex offers a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ and some of the most amazing sunset views. Included is the use of two side by side parking spaces in a secure parking garage. The complex itself it is a very short walk to the beach - you can choose three(!) nearby. Swami's has world class surfing, D Street is a local surf spot, and the third, Moonlight Beach, is a perfect family beach with white sand, snack bar, lifeguards - all within walking distance. Also a two minute walk away is downtown Encinitas, with it's great food, Starbucks for that morning coffee, the Lumberyard, live music many summer nights, and even a retro movie house.
Encinitas is situated near Torrey Pines golf course, La Jolla, and the Del Mar Racetrack & Fairgrounds. It boasts world class surfing spots, great restaurants and shops, and the perfect family beach spot, all a short walk away. The coaster (light rail) is a short walk away, Sea World is a short drive away, as is LegoLand and the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Why the Owner Chose Encinitas
It's just a perfect location, close to downtown Encinitas, close to beach, and really relaxing. It wasn't originally a vacation rental (I lived here) and I think it's a great mix of home and vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Small and quiet complex. Sits atop the Encinitas bluff, overlooking the ocean. You can walk to the beach or to downtown. The complex is quiet and a great place to rest and relax.

We stayed at this condo for almost 2 weeks at the end of August. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of this property. It was exactly as described in the write-up. Very spacious, clean and well maintained. A big draw for my family was that it is an easy walk to both the beach and downtown Encinitas. It was also a great walK along the ocean drive to Cardiff. When several minor issues arose, I was able to contact the owner either by cell phone or e-mail. I would stay at this property again in a minute.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The views right outside the door are gorgeous - we watched the sunset from the bluff almost every evening. And the location just a few block walk to downtown Encinitas and the beach was perfect. It is a charming beach town with lots of interesting restaurants and shops.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

We were very pleased with this Encinitas townhome. Very clean and pristine. A good rental for those who are very particular. Furnished very nicely with a well stocked kitchen. Great location for cyclists, runners and surfers!
