Our stay at the beach was super and the views from this condo are incredible! This is a beautiful condo! The pictures are totally accurate. It is very well furnished and comfortable. The mattresses were great! Plenty of pillows and extra cover. Everything you need in the kitchen! Our favorite part was being on the 14th floor we could leave the sliding doors to the balcony open and enjoy the ocean breeze. Very private, no one can see in. The owner is very pleasant and easy to contact! Everything about this place is great! great! great!

Our family truly enjoyed our time on Pensacola Beach. The condo was lovely, the view incredible! It is so nice to be able to walk to dinner and not fight traffic. The local restaurants were great. We are already thinking about next years trip.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. It is beautifully decorated!!!! I feel like I am staying in someone's home, and not a condo, it is warm, modern, cozy. We will always stay here if it is available. We even stay in the winter, that is how much we like the condo.

I am from the Pensacola area, and can attest to the perfect location of this rental. Right near the boardwalk, shops and great restaurants. Quiet, very clean and cozy, with comfy beds and a gorgeous view. The pictures really don't do it justice. Was wonderful as well to have everything in the kitchen we needed to host a small Christmas Eve dinner for family. Pensacola beach has limited (and I think overpriced!) options for hotel lodging, and the condo overall offered much more for the price. I was also pleased with the ease of renting from Robert. He was quick to respond to my requests and returned my deposit promptly.

What a great place to stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean. The decor and furnishings were impeccable, and the view was fantastic. Being centrally located, it was within walking distance to several stores and eateries…and a short drive to many others. No disappointments, here… and Mr. Blaha is most accommodating and pleasant to work with.

My mother and I plus my daughter and granddaughter stayed in this unit. It was very comfortable with a great beach. The location is great.....handy to everything in Pensacola Beach. We will stay there again.

We were more than thrilled with our stay in this beautiful condo! The listing description was super accurate and it's even better in person than the photos. The oceanviews are great and the beach is beautiful! We felt right at home and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We plan to come back and want to stay in this condo again and have recommended it to all our friends. The owner is so helpful. Best vacation ever! Also, no tar balls on the beach!!!

Robert, We were guests in your condo in Pensacola earlier this month. I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful "home away from home" experience. Of the 5 or 6 vacations we have had in Pensacola this was absolutely the best! We have always stayed in a neighboring hotel on previous visits, but this was by far the one we enjoyed most. My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there with our children and it couldn't have been better. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The beaches were still beautiful and white while we were there. Thankfully, we missed the oil spill by about a week. The sand, waves and weather were just stunning, as always. We are praying that the oil spill doesn't impact the beaches and tourists there for too long and that you will continue to have plenty of guests visit your beautiful condo. We hope to be back about the same time in early June next year and will contact you later in the fall to make reservations. I think my home will start to look a little more like "1406" in the mean time! Thanks again from the whole family!!

Dear Mr. Blaha: I've been meaning to contact you for some time regarding how pleased we were with your unit that we used this past February. We had stayed in that building previously, so we knew the location. (I believe the white sand beaches are the finest in Florida!) We think the location is ideally situated, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and stores. Management does a great job of keeping the property clean, along with the pools, hottubs, recreation rooms and the like. The first thing my wife noted and commented upon was the cleanliness of the unit and the very fine furniture and furnsihings. You left nothing to be desired when you furnished the property. We had a great time at the Condo... Location is a as good as it gets. View and amenitites first class. Waits at restaurants were very short for the peak of summer compared to other cities along the gulf coast we have tried. Thanks for a great vacation!!! The Lazenbys
