The air conditioned living/tv room opens out onto the pool and deck area where one can enjoy alfresco dining or just spend lazy days enjoying the warm sunshine.
This villa also features a games/entertainment room equipped with a billiards table, TV and DVD player and a bar area. This room is also air conditioned for additional comfort.
The property is fully fenced and gated and one is greeted by the soothing sound of cascading water coming from the villa’s unique water fountain located near the entrance.
Staff:
-A housekeeper/Cook Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 3.30pm.
-Pool man and gardener 2-3 times weekly.
