Our OCEANFRONT property at Maalaea Banyans continues to be one of the absolute best values on Maui. We are located in the quaint harbor village of Maalaea just 20 minutes from Lahaina Towne and just far enough away from all the crowds.
Maalaea Banyans is a quiet low rise condominium that sits directly oceanfront. During whale season (November - May) we have what has long been considered one of the most active locations for whale sightings. You can sit back and relax on our oceanfront lanai and be entertained by these magnificent creatures for hours. Otherwise you can just soak up the miles and miles of ocean views and watch as the sailboats and yachts cruise in and out of the Maalaea Marina. On most days you can even see Haleakala and of course the majestic West Maui Mountains or of course the rainbows that are just one of the many dependable spectacles that we try not to take for granted. Yes we love sitting out on our lanai relaxing..it's hard to leave!
The swimming pool and barbeque area are both located directly oceanfront so you never have to compromise our incredible view. The beach is an easy 5 minute stroll from our door and it's absolutely incredible. White soft sandy beach that stretches for miles and miles with aqua green water that just beckons you! Don't forget to bring your snorkel gear!
Our home is furnished to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people along with all the standard amenities of home. Full kitchen appliances of course along with washer and dryer for your added convenience. If you don't feel like cooking take a short stroll over to the Maui Ocean Center and choose from the myriad of restaurants.
You'll find something for everyone at the Maui Ocean Center. If you're travelling with children they'll love the Maui Golf and Water Park that features miniature golf, the Extreme Trampoline and Rock Climbing experience and of course the best of all their water bumper boat rides that is really great fun for the whole family. Be sure to make time for the Aquarium which is the featured attraction at the ocean center..it's a great family treat!
