Entertain in style or just relax in your own private paradise. Inside the home, you'll find open floor plans, lots of windows, skylights and master bedroom retreat. The house has been upgraded with new gourmet kitchen, wood floors, paint, woodwork and new carpet. Three bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs with the option of using the casita (outside) by pool as office, bedroom or pool changing area.
The Beacon Hill community also offers three separate association pools, spas, and six tennis courts close to the house. Enjoy the benefits of greenbelts, parks and walk-paths located throughout the community.

A signed Rental Agreement must be received with your rental payment. Payment must be received in Secured Funds (i.e., cashier's check, money order). PayPal is accepted (tenant to pay PayPal fees). Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates may change during special events. $1000 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on top of rental fee. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Rentals shorter than one week will be subject to a $150, non-refundable cleaning fee.
