One queen size bed in each of the three bedrooms with ceiling fans in each of the rooms. The living room on the second floor has a futon and a couch to sleep on. The family room on the first floor has a pull out couch with a queen size bed.
A corner home in Port Austin's Village, in the Bird Creek Subdivision across the street from Lake Huron. Located 2 hours North of Romeo off Van Dyke 53 Hwy.
Enjoy the Farmer's Market every Saturday (Memorial weekend-Oct) from 9:00am-1:00pm offering fresh produce, desserts, preserves, flowers, crafts, woodworking, books, antiques, raffles and music.
Rented weekly during high season June-August. Available for weekends during off season. If cottage is desired for a weekend during the high season, call two weeks prior to for availability.

My family stayed the week of July 4th, 2012 and had a really nice, relaxing time. Port Austin is quiet but has things to do if you look for it. The fireworks show was great and we went to Caseville a couple of the days to eat and "beachit". The home is very nice and clean; you can tell it is lived in since it is well maintained and cozy. The owners have taken good care of this home and their decor is indicative of the pride they have in the home. Good time and strongly recommend.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Our family has stayed here the last two summers and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is in walking distance from downtown and from the beach. There is plenty of room in the house, a nice size front porch to watch the sunsets and a great fire pit in the backyard for making smores. We already have our week booked for this summer and everyone is looking forward to it. The owner's are very nice and helpful.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
