This newly renovated lake house, with its large recreation room that contains a pool table, media area with satellite TV and DVD player, game table area and separate bathroom is perfect for families, groups, or sportsmen. With a slip across the front yard at the private marina and a new public boat ramp less than 1/2 mile away, your boat never has to leave the water. The sleeping accommodations consist of a queen bed in one bedroom, a double bed and bunk bed in the second bedroom, and three bunk beds and futon couch in a bunk room. The bunk room has a full view of the bay from its sitting area and a tv for game systems (bring your favorite). The den boasts a full picture window view of the lake, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, all you need is the catch of the day, or you may choose to enjoy the view from the deck as you grill out on the charcoal grill. Either way, the solitude of the undeveloped bay is peaceful and the wildlife abundant.
