With a slip across the front yard at the private marina and a new public boat ramp less than 1/2 mile away, your boat never has to leave the water.
The sleeping accommodations consist of a queen bed in one bedroom, a double bed and bunk bed in the second bedroom, and three bunk beds and futon couch in a bunk room. The bunk room has a full view of the bay from its sitting area and a tv for game systems (bring your favorite). The den boasts a full picture window view of the lake, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, all you need is the catch of the day, or you may choose to enjoy the view from the deck as you grill out on the charcoal grill. Either way, the solitude of the undeveloped bay is peaceful and the wildlife abundant.
The house is located approximately 4 miles from the Big Sandy Reserve Unit, 7 miles from Big Sandy and 25 miles from Paris Landing State Park which offers swimming pools, tennis, basketball, hiking, boat rental, etc.
