Stay in our beautifully finished "guest house"!
We have spared no expense! This is a separate apartment that is roughly 950 sq. feet in size. There is a shared main entry, and then you will ascend through a beautifully designed tower to your own entrance.
Cozy and well appointed: the master bedroom has a beautiful half-round window atop three large windows overlooking lanscaped lawn, a bedroom sized walk-in closet (could even be small bedroom for baby- it has a window!), children's room with built-in dresser, bookshelves, and bunk beds, large living room facing West and gorgeous sunsets with queen bed pull-out couch, galley kitchen with granite counter, convection microwave, double cook top, large refrigerator, ice-maker and sink, filtered drinking water, and finally, a deluxe tiled bath with heated floors, family sized glass walk-in shower with marble bench and dual showers, separate pocket door to toilet room, large vanity with Carrera marble top.

On one acre of landscaped flowers, grass and mature trees, you can be at the shops on Bay Street in less than 10 minutes walking on quiet streets along the water, where the Pawcatuck river joins Little Narragansett Bay.
In addition, we will give you the use of a beach parking pass so you will only be a minute's walk from the beach, available only to Watch Hill residents.

May-Jun .. $2100/week or $300/night, 3 night minimum
Jul-Aug .. $2450/week or $350/night, 3 night minimum
Sep-Oct .. $2100/week or $300/night, 3 night minimum
cleaning fee $75
50% deposit due to secure rental dates,
balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Utilities and beach pass included.
10% of rental rate for security deposit, returned upon departure less cleaning fee
