Our OCEANFRONT property at Maalaea Banyans continues to be one of the absolute vest values on Maui. We are located in the quaint harbor village of Maalaea just 20 minutes south of Lahaina Towne, 18 minutes from the airport and just far enough away from all the crowds.
Maalaea Banyuans is a quiet low rise condominium that sits directly oceanfront. During whale season (November-May) we have the distinct reputation for having the most active locations for whale sightings. You can sit back and relax in the privacy of your own lanai and be entertained for hours by these magnificent creatures. Otherwise you can just soak up the views of miles and miles of ocean and enjoy watching the sailboats and yachts cruise in and out of the Maalaea Marina. On most days you can even see Haleakala and of course the majestic West Maui Mountains or of course the rainbows that are just one of the many dependable spectacles that we try not to take for granted. Yes we love sitting out on our lanai and just savor the moment!
The swimming pool and barbeque area are both located directly oceanfront so you never have to compromise our incredible view. The beach is an easy 5 minute stroll from our door and it's absolutely incredible. A white soft sandy beach that stretches for miles and miles with aqua green water that just beckon you in! Don't forget to bring your snorkel gear!
Our home is furnished for comfort and practicality to accommodate up to 4 people along with all the standard amenities of home. Full kitchen appliances of course along with washer and dryer for your added convenience. If you don't feel like cooking take a short stroll over to the Maui Ocean Center and choose from the myriad of restaurants.
You'll find something for everyone at the Maui Ocean Center. If you're travelling with children they'll love the Maui Golf and Water Park that features miniature golf, the Extreme Trampoline and Rock Climbing experience and of course the best of all their water bumper boat rides that is really great fun for the whole family. Be sure to make time for the Aquarium which is the featured attraction at the ocean center.
