  I booked this place for my best friend's bachelorette party - 10 girls total. The place was PERFECT. Lots of space for everyone to sleep (a couple shared beds, but no big deal), a great upstairs common area (we cooked family meals for breakfast and dinner and had no trouble sitting at the table together), an amazing rooftop deck (the beach was windy, so we opted for sunbathing out there), and a fantastic location. This place is a GREAT option for a girls weekend (or a small family reunion) that won't break the bank. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

  The Bonny Dunes House provided everything we were looking for... proximity to the beach; adorable accommodations; fully equipped kitchen, outdoor fire pit, outdoor grill and tons of sleeping space! Everything was extremely easy to arrange, the deposit was refunded within 2 weeks and the owner has been extremely helpful... What more could you ask for? We will definitely be making a trip to the Bonny Dunes House and annual trip!

  Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the BonneyDunes Beach House. We so enjoyed preparing our meals in the well stocked kitchen and especially loved having the grill available. The house was comfortable and having the beach so close was a real plus!

  I had a family of 10 people renting this house for a weekend in April. It was EVERYTHING we could have asked for. Plenty of space, well stocked, close to beach, short drive to restaurants/shops/pier, clean, and great customer service. I have rented numerous houses in both the Pismo Beach area and other areas, but this house is by FAR the best we have rented. I will definitely be returning to this house in the near future!

  A great place for our family of young adults and "Elders". We had plenty of room to spread out and relax, as well as play. The entire house was very clean and decorated with beach charm. Great kitchen for preparing good meals with plenty of utensils for food prep and cooking. There were 4 different locations for dinning, deck, patio, downstairs dinning area, or upstairs dinning room. Beds were comfy and bed rooms roomy. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the surf. Walking on the beach was such a delight. Working with the Owner was a breeze. We used Pay Pal for payment. Note to those who may be interested; Deposit refund did take the full 30 days.

As for your refund, we do aim to refund your deposit within 21 days allowing us time for the utility bills to come in and be reviewed.   We stayed here last weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased. The photos really looked exactly like the house. Everything was very clean and the place was very cute! We took a nice walk to the peir on saturday, not to far at all. We will be staying here again....Jerry Brown
