says "Beach House Vacation"!. Situated just across the street from
the Pismo State Beach access you can walk to the sand in seconds.
The house is decorated in cheery, beachy colors, lots of comfortable beds and sofas to lounge in.
This multi-level home is perfect for multiple families or groups with 2 levels plus a loft, 2 kitchens, a large deck with grill and
backyard area with a firepit. There is parking in the garage,
driveway in in the rear yard, space for those ATV trailers too.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath on one level, a bedroom sized
loft and a separate studio apartment downstairs with seperate kitchen and bath with separate access to downstairs patio. Ocean views from the living room - kitchen area and rear deck.
Oceano Dunes are renowned for miles of pristine dunes and the 0nly
beach that permits off road and the beach good for walking,
horseback riding and biking. Take a Hummer ride or a try a flight in
a Bi-Plane at the Airport just down the road.
The town of Pismo Beach with plenty of restaurants, shops and other
activities is just 2 miles away.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Downstairs Studio has one Queen Bed and One Full-sized Futon Sofa-Bed
Main Level has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and one Bedroom with 1 Queen Bed
The loft has a trundle bed with 2 twins or it can be made into a queen
There is also another twin Daybed/Sleeping Platform in the Loft
The loft is great for kids.

- Pismo State Beach is the only beach allowing Vehicular access. Oceano dunes famed for the extensive recreational area for dune buggies, hummers and other all terrain vehicles. Great backyard firepit.

All you could want in a Beach House!

A great place for our family of young adults and "Elders". We had plenty of room to spread out and relax, as well as play. The entire house was very clean and decorated with beach charm. Great kitchen for preparing good meals with plenty of utensils for food prep and cooking. There were 4 different locations for dinning, deck, patio, downstairs dinning area, or upstairs dinning room. Beds were comfy and bed rooms roomy. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the surf. Walking on the beach was such a delight. Working with the Owner was a breeze. We used Pay Pal for payment. Note to those who may be interested; Deposit refund did take the full 30 days.

As for your refund, we do aim to refund your deposit within 21 days allowing us time for the utility bills to come in and be reviewed. We stayed here last weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased. The photos really looked exactly like the house. Everything was very clean and the place was very cute! We took a nice walk to the peir on saturday, not to far at all. We will be staying here again....Jerry Brown
