Had a wonderful trip, room is on ground level, closest condo to pool, ski hill tunnel, and parking lot, so nice to be equipped with everything as well. Was very clean! Very nice this time of year as there beginning to decorate for the christmas season, I would recomend this to anyone, very nice with the propane fire place, cozy, Kids had a blast and can't wait to go back. We had a great weekend, thanks again.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 year old and it was great. The location is excellent since you are about 100 ft away from the main building where the pool is. The unit was very spacious with a good sized bedroom on one side with it's own bath, then a very large living area with 2 couches, a kitchen, bath and a fireplace. Many of these village type of units are very dated (70's, maybe 80's if you are lucky). This unit was very up to date and we can't wait to go back.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The Owner responded quickly to our inquiry regarding renting of the property, such that we were able to make the reservation the night before leaving our house. The photos and listing description are accurate with regard to location, appearance and amenities. The Attitash condos are in a great location and the condo ammenities were great. The unit is on the first floor and is actually two separate units with a common door between them - it wasn't what we expected but worked well for our family. The value of the unit is excellent, especially in comparison to what a hotel suite would cost. The only issue we had was a loss of gas to the fireplace and oven/range which Attitash resolved quickly upon being notified. The pull out bed mattresses were ok for our small children, but would be uncomfortable for adults. The wifi signal on site could be improved.

Thanks so much for a wonderful relaxing stay at your beautiful condo! It has all the comforts of home and is in a great location. We have teenagers so the set-up works perfectly for us with plenty of room, bathrooms and privacy. So many fun things to do in the area and it is great to come back to the clean, comfortable condo and all that the Attitash Village has to offer.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I took our yearly trip to NH for Storyland, Santa's Village and hiking. This condo has such a homey feel. It was great to come back, relax after a long, fun day. then head to the indoor pool for a quick dip. Being able to get up, have some breakfast without the rush, rush of getting out and finding a place to eat (not the mention spending the $$) was also a huge stress reliever. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. It was clean and everything we needed was right there. Thank you, Jim!!

This was our third year now staying at Attitash and it just seems to get better year after year. There is no better location in the Mt. Washington Valley than Jim's condo which is what keeps us coming back. As always, it's clean, comfortable and loaded with everything you could possibly need. New for 2010 were stone patios outside both sliders -- great for reading or getting caught up on some work during down time. The pool area has been reconfigured to include a ton more space with a new sand volleyball court. Also, we highly recommend the poolside BBQ on Wednesdays. It's convenient (no going off site and waiting to be seated at a restaurant), affordable (half the price of most local establishments) and most importantly DELICIOUS with a great spread. My only complaint was that we didn't stay longer. Can't wait to visit again next year!!

I would just repeat everything mentioned in the others reviews- the space is huge, the location is perfect. Despite some rainy weather, my 4 kids still had a great time because there was so much to do (indoor pool, game room) and so much space in the unit that we weren't all on top of each other when it was too wet to go outside. Excellent wifi connection allowed us to get work done while the kids played some of the board games in the unit. So close to Storyland. We do Storyland & Santa's Village every summer and this was the best stay we have ever had. The kids cried when we had to leave and they took pictures of the rooms so they could remember...they've already made me promise that we could stay there next summer.

Great vacation condo

We can not think of a better place to stay in no conway area. Although there were only two of us there would have been plenty more room for kids. The pictures do not show you how big it really is. The master bedroom has its own tv and bathroom so you could have privacy from the kids. A quick drive to North conway and many good restaraunts. Game room is nice, the pools weren't overly crowded even with the hot weather. Kitchen was big, and the air conditioning was as good as it gets. They're the real a/c units not the portable ones that most places have. Owner was very helpfull and easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to rent the same unit sometime next year.

Hi Jim, I just wanted to drop a quick line to tell you what a wonderful time my family and I had on vacation in New Hampshire this year. Your condo was perfect for us, what a nice place! We actually had a close encounter one night with a big mama bear while returning from the pool. Between that and the moose on the way down the Kangamangus I'm all set with wild life for a while.
