Had a wonderful trip, room is on ground level, closest condo to pool, ski hill tunnel, and parking lot, so nice to be equipped with everything as well. Was very clean! Very nice this time of year as there beginning to decorate for the christmas season, I would recomend this to anyone, very nice with the propane fire place, cozy, Kids had a blast and can't wait to go back. We had a great weekend, thanks again.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 year old and it was great. The location is excellent since you are about 100 ft away from the main building where the pool is. The unit was very spacious with a good sized bedroom on one side with it's own bath, then a very large living area with 2 couches, a kitchen, bath and a fireplace. Many of these village type of units are very dated (70's, maybe 80's if you are lucky). This unit was very up to date and we can't wait to go back.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The Owner responded quickly to our inquiry regarding renting of the property, such that we were able to make the reservation the night before leaving our house. The photos and listing description are accurate with regard to location, appearance and amenities. The Attitash condos are in a great location and the condo ammenities were great. The unit is on the first floor and is actually two separate units with a common door between them - it wasn't what we expected but worked well for our family. The value of the unit is excellent, especially in comparison to what a hotel suite would cost. The only issue we had was a loss of gas to the fireplace and oven/range which Attitash resolved quickly upon being notified. The pull out bed mattresses were ok for our small children, but would be uncomfortable for adults. The wifi signal on site could be improved.

Thanks so much for a wonderful relaxing stay at your beautiful condo! It has all the comforts of home and is in a great location. We have teenagers so the set-up works perfectly for us with plenty of room, bathrooms and privacy. So many fun things to do in the area and it is great to come back to the clean, comfortable condo and all that the Attitash Village has to offer.

Great Stay-My kids cried when it was time to leave...

I would just repeat everything mentioned in the others reviews- the space is huge, the location is perfect. Despite some rainy weather, my 4 kids still had a great time because there was so much to do (indoor pool, game room) and so much space in the unit that we weren't all on top of each other when it was too wet to go outside. Excellent wifi connection allowed us to get work done while the kids played some of the board games in the unit. So close to Storyland. We do Storyland & Santa's Village every summer and this was the best stay we have ever had. The kids cried when we had to leave and they took pictures of the rooms so they could remember...they've already made me promise that we could stay there next summer.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I took our yearly trip to NH for Storyland, Santa's Village and hiking. This condo has such a homey feel. It was great to come back, relax after a long, fun day. then head to the indoor pool for a quick dip. Being able to get up, have some breakfast without the rush, rush of getting out and finding a place to eat (not the mention spending the $$) was also a huge stress reliever. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. It was clean and everything we needed was right there. Thank you, Jim!!

This was our third year now staying at Attitash and it just seems to get better year after year. There is no better location in the Mt. Washington Valley than Jim's condo which is what keeps us coming back. As always, it's clean, comfortable and loaded with everything you could possibly need. New for 2010 were stone patios outside both sliders -- great for reading or getting caught up on some work during down time. The pool area has been reconfigured to include a ton more space with a new sand volleyball court. Also, we highly recommend the poolside BBQ on Wednesdays. It's convenient (no going off site and waiting to be seated at a restaurant), affordable (half the price of most local establishments) and most importantly DELICIOUS with a great spread. My only complaint was that we didn't stay longer. Can't wait to visit again next year!!

We can not think of a better place to stay in no conway area. Although there were only two of us there would have been plenty more room for kids. The pictures do not show you how big it really is. The master bedroom has its own tv and bathroom so you could have privacy from the kids. A quick drive to North conway and many good restaraunts. Game room is nice, the pools weren't overly crowded even with the hot weather. Kitchen was big, and the air conditioning was as good as it gets. They're the real a/c units not the portable ones that most places have. Owner was very helpfull and easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to rent the same unit sometime next year.

Hi Jim, I just wanted to drop a quick line to tell you what a wonderful time my family and I had on vacation in New Hampshire this year. Your condo was perfect for us, what a nice place! We actually had a close encounter one night with a big mama bear while returning from the pool. Between that and the moose on the way down the Kangamangus I'm all set with wild life for a while. We had a great stay at the condo. It was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. The location is great--right across from the indoor pool and only a 5 minute drive to Story Land! We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time over the Fourth of July week in your condo at Attitash. The condo was spotless, the bedroom was comfortable and had extra sheets, blankets and pillows which we used for our son so we could all sleep in the main bedroom and have the living room as a common room. The kitchen was fantastic with all of the things including measuring cups, baking pans, plenty of dishes etc... just wonderful. The space is perfect, the couches were so comfortable, and the location right near everything was great! We had all day tickets to Attitash and were able to walk outside a few steps and see if the lines across the road were small for the alpine slide. It was quiet and it was wonderful having the double suite with a breezeway to the bedroom area so the my husband and I would could make noise in the evening when our exhausted and sunburned son went to sleep. The pools were also clean and nice, indoor and out and it was the best NH vacation we have had - and we come every year for 11 years! It was nice being close to everything up north and to be out of North Conway and the traffic there but only 10 minutes into the town for shopping, movies etc. We had so much fun on the Canopy Tour at Bretton Woods - zip lining through the trees for 4 hours - the best entertainment value in the White Mountains except free hiking! :) We also saw fireworks over Mt Washington which was super. It was nice having the pines right outside your unit and we frequently sat outside in that area, and just a short walk over to the restaurant when it was very hot during our week. We have stayed at 5 other units in the same village over the years and this was a much more well-appointed unit, larger, with everything anyone could need to cook meals and save lots of money not having to dine out. The Internet connection in your unit was better than any others we have tried! No more sitting next to the window hoping to connect...5 bars from anywhere in the unit!! A vacation to remember - cannot wait to see you again next year!

Jim, We have been travelling to the White Mountain Region annually now for nine years, and this was undoubtedly our best time yet!! We all felt right at home as soon as we walked in as the condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed all of the great amenities the resort offered (pool, pavillion w/gas grill, hot tub, Saco River, restaurant, etc.) as well as having Attitash Mountain right outside our bedroom window. A five minute drive to Storyland, ten minutes to downtown North Conway, and 25 minutes to Mt. Washington make the location absolutely perfect. We had such a great time that we didn't want to leave!! Thank you McAlarys for the great accomodations that made for a memorable family vacation!!

Every year our family and friends rent inner tubes and float down the Saco River. The Condo not only is close proximity to Attitash, but also has access to the Saco River and the many hiking trails in the area. The facilities (swimming pools, bar-b-que area, playground, and tennis/basketball courts) are easily accessible. The Condo is clean and neat. The newly renovated kitchen is great for dining in and entertaining. We would like to book this condo again next summer. Thank you again for the use of your condo. We had a great time!!!!

Our stay at the condo was too short to fit in all the activities in the surrounding area. The condo itself was very comfortable and homey, clean and up-dated. We would not hesitate to stay there again when next in the area. There were many good restaurants nearby as well as right on the premises.

Location of condo is unbeatable relative to Attitash Mt activities and is 12 miles outside of Conway. Inside the condo is a nicely refurbished kitchen space with all new appliances. The plethora of room beyond the kitchen made our stay even more comfortable.

This condo is perfect for a family, couple or group who are looking for a fun, nature filled vacation. The condo is very spacious and easily accessible. Nicely updated and designed. All appliances are new. Located near north Conway village, Saco River and Attitash activities make this a perfect vacation year round. We couldnt fit everything to do into our weekend. I will be back soon.
