2 bedroom 2 bath upscale condo w/granite and stainless steel is one of 3 similar properties with a strong history for MAYO CLINIC transplant patients, cancer treatment and corporate rentals. References available. Mayo Clinic is minutes away, Tinseltown, Southside, restaurants, shopping and entertainment a walk away. St John's Town Center just down the street. Shands Proton Treatment Center, St Luke's and Baptist South as well as Merril Lynch, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allstate, Bank of America, Fidelity and UNF (University of North Florida); all nearby. Minutes to beautiful beaches.
Our condos have everything you need minus the pajamas. Furnishings are both tasteful AND comfortable. Preserves, pool views, walking trails, media room with pool table, library and game area as well as concierge service, massage therapist by appointment and peace and quiet await you. Cable and high speed internet included. Our condos comfortably sleep and seat 6.

MAID SERVICE - Bi Monthly service is available for a $50 fee per week.

Our history is very strong with Mayo Clinic transplant and cancer patients and in the last year many Shands Proton patients as well. BUT, we are not limited to any type of renter looking for a pet free, smoke free, well managed home away from home.
