This gorgeous new property is only 200 yards from the beach in the La Cachora district of Todos Santos. It boasts 3 generous bedroom suites, each with their own bath, and individual air conditioning.
All three can be set up with two XL twins, or a king bed. The whole house has multiple French doors to allow inside/outside living. In the kitchen, an island with stools and a folding set of windows opening to a walk-up bar make it the center of activity.
The lovely loggia leads to the heated pool with its private spa. The acre site allows for plenty of room for parking, as well as volleyball and impromptu game of bocce.
A walk down the country lane leads to a beach stretching as far as you can see. Upstairs, a huge second floor patio is the perfect place for toasting the sunset.

Our week long trip in Todos Santos couldn't have worked out more perfectly. Within four hours, we had hopped on a two-hour-long plane to Cabo San Lucas, picked up our rental car, made a pit stop at Costco to pick up all of our bulkier groceries, and hopped on the highway to arrive at the house. We had amazing weather with a nice, cool breeze (which was unexpected), got three great solid surfing days at Cerritos Beach, and went kayaking and snorkeling in La Paz for my birthday. My family have a few friends who have always offered to let us stay at their homes in Todos Santos and after staying at Casa Pacifico, I can't imagine us staying anywhere else. What was so great about the house was we were able to cook so many meals at home and if we wanted to go into town at all, we just walked. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and throughout all of our travels around the world, there is something so unique and indescribable about Todos Santos! The locals are so friendly and appreciative of your service in their stores and the restaurants are to die for. We highly recommend La Casita & Chilacos Tacos. There is no doubt we will be coming back here year after year!

If you think the photos look good, you should see the place in person! Beautifully decorated, wonderful layout, awesome location... everything you want for a relaxing vacation spot. I've been twice - once as a family (with young-ish kids) and once for a girls trip - and both times everything was amazing!

We have stayed at this property twice (so far!) and we think it has just the right "feel" for Todos Santos. An open floor plan that seamlessly blends indoors and outdoors, and has a great set-up for entertaining....practical, but comfortable (concrete floors and counter tops)... the decor is simple and tasteful, but not bland and anonymous. ... and the kitchen layout just makes you want to cook. Plus a wonderful hot tub within earshot of pounding Pacific surf, a fireplace with raised hearth adjacent to the dining patio, terraces on the second floor for watching the sun set. You really need a car, but then....you may never want to leave!

This is our second year renting this house and I must say it is fantastic! I came along with two other guys just looking to relax in a nice beach house in Todos Santos for a week. Our goal was to do nothing but relax. This house fit our goal to a T and did it in style. Very comfortably and elegantly furnished. Secure gated compound. Perfect jacuzzi and pool. 2 minute walk to the beach. A few minutes drive to "downtown" Todos - really just a couple of paved and dusty streets with some great restaurants and galleries. I will definitely look forward to renting this house in future years - I just hope the schedule doesn't get too full!

My family stayed here for a week in April 2011 and we had the most wonderful time. The house is spectacular. It looks even better than on the pictures. We watched sunsets from the top deck, and enjoyed margaritas by the pool. We had a local chief come over and cook a couple of meals for us and the food and ambiance were amazing. This house has so much charm and is so well designed. We felt like at home. There wasn't a single thing that we thought of that the house did not already have. We took trips to Cabo and to La Paz and long walk on the beach in front of the house. We hope to return to this house soon. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We rented this house last February for our girls trip and it was the most perfect vacation ever. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved laying by the pool and sitting at the outdoor bar. Sunsets on the 2nd floor deck were the best. Highly recommend renting this property and I hope I can rent it for my family someday.
