House has unique design with 4th bedroom over the garage separate from the house with its own bathroom, entrance and a/c unit. Master has king bed, walk-in closet and large private bath. Two additional bedrooms on the 1st floor have queen beds and a shared bath. 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor has 2 queen beds with small private deck and bath. House sets directly across from the family pool for easy access. Maximum parking for 5 mid-size vehicles. House is also pet friendly, has free wireless internet access and comes with a grill.
