Renovated 1bedroom + Sleeping Loft & Balcony.

This 3rd floor spacious 800 square ft 1 bedroom + an additional 200 sq ft Sleeping Loft features 12 foot high ceilings. The loft is an excellent additional sleeping area and is reach by an oak staircase. 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 2 double beds in the loft. This apratment was renovated less than one year ago, and has an entirely new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, five burner stove and plenty of counter space. The bathroom was also completely redone along with the beautiful wood floors that were installed throughout the apartment. The apartment is completely furnished and has a "Pottery Barn" feel. Leather couch and love seat, Dinning room table with 4 chairs expandable to fit 6. 42" flat screen on the wall.

Off of the living room facing east there is a large 75 square foot balcony with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that looks East onto First Avenue, perfect for summer nights or the New York Marathon which you have a phenomenal view of!

The building features a full time doorman, elevator, coin laundry room on the 6th floor, and is located in the heart of the Upper East Side.

    • This apartment was beautiful and very well furnished. The owner was very gracious and helpful. We stayed here for 10 days in July and thoroughly enjoyed being in this apartment and in this part of New York City. The apartment was convenient to shopping, the subway, and the east side of Central Park.

    • This condo was even more beautiful in person than the photos show. What a great place, very roomy. You will get so much more for your $$ than a hotel room! Greg is a terrific host, great follow-up and overall concern about guests needs. Highly recommend this property or any property that he manages.

    • The apartment was great and just like as shown on the website. The location perfect; plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the subway, etc. Suited our needs just fine. We had 4 persons and it worked out well, loft and all. Greg, the owner, very nice guy, we enjoyed meeting him. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

    • Our visit to NY and stay at Greg's condo was perfect from start to finish. Greg was waiting for us in the lobby, helped with luggage, gave us great tips on the neighborhood/ food, etc. The condo very comfortably fit our group of five and we wouldn't change a thing about it. The location was awesome! We're alreadylooking forward to our next trip!

    • We just returned from spending Spring Break in NY and our kids declared it the best trip ever. The apartment was perfect-exactly as depicted in the pictures. Plenty of space to unpack and spread out. The building was quiet and in a very convenient location. I was slightly surprised by the road noise due to the location right on 1st Ave, but it was nothing earplugs didn't easily remedy at night. Greg went above and beyond to help me plan our trip. He was very responsive to any question. In fact, we arrived on my husband's birthday and he helped me by having wine, balloons and a cake waiting at the apt upon our arrival. It was merely an inquiry on my part, but he totally ran with it and made it happen. We couldn't believe it! High end appliances, lovely furnishings and linens, spotlessly clean, great location, helpful owner- I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

    • WeLOVED the Condo. First of all Greg is awesome-soooo helpful..He even met us at the condo-helped us carry our luggage upstairs-gave us some important info about unit and location-hotspots, etc.The unit was soooo clean-I am a stickler for these things. Furnished so nice and very homey!! Close to subway-walking distance to so many attractions. It was a perfect location. The doormen were so helpful..We still want to send them a pizza. Quiet building-balcony was nice to have. We will definitely be back.Thanks Greg!!

    • We had the best time! The apt. was amazing. The neighborhood was great. The owner was very helpful and accessible! We usually stay in a hotel close to Times Square and its so expensive and overwhelming. This was the perfect arrangement! I highly recommend it.
