Situated in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, perhaps the most centrally located neighborhood in all of New York City - Broadway and 34 street! Our elegant, one-bedroom apartment is on the same block as The Empire State Building, across from the world's well-known Macy's, in walking distance to the Times Square and Jacob Javits Convention Center.
The rental combines the luxuries of a high class hotel with the comforts of a modern home: dining area with table and chairs, full kitchen supplied with various appliances; fully equipped bathroom (shampoo, hair conditioner, bath jell and hair dryer are provided). Our centrally located cozy rental comfortably accommodates 7 people: has a king size bed in the bedroom, 2 queen size convertible sofas and 1 twin size sleeper in the living room. Elegantly furnished with new modern Italian furniture, the apartment is almost 800 square feet.
Luxury linens, chenille comforters, a large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, high speed Internet and cable TV to enjoy your New York experience. There is a 24 hour doorman and concierge in the lobby, laundry facilities and dry cleaners on premises. The laundry room is located on the 3rd floor. In order to use the laundry machines you need to buy a card, using your credit card.
Subway stop ("34 street" - all major NYC lines) is located in a few feet from the building entrance. Our building is in a walking distance of many famous New York City sites. Couple of subway stops away from Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center, Radio City Hall etc. Best bus tours are across the street. This apartment is suitable for business travelers, couples and families alike.
Booking policy:
1. 50 % of payment required to book the rental. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
1. If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival date, all payment is 100% refundable.
2. If cancellation occurs less then 30 and more then 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of payment is refundable.
3. If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to arrival date, the down payment is not refundable.

We loved our stay both NYC and the accommodations. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - the subway entrance was located just a few feet from the building entrance adding to the convenience of getting around the city. It was one stop to Times Square and two stops to Rockefeller Center. Macy's was across the street. We were there in early December to enjoy the Christmas decorations and we were not disappointed. On my next trip to the city, I will try to rent this apt. again.

With 4 girls sharing a bathroom, I thought it was going to be a challenge; but because of the space (even had a walk-in closet!) and mirrors in several rooms, it was not a problem at all. With quality furnishings, awesome location, and beautiful hosts - it was such value for money! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again; though book early as this property is super popular (the dates I want in 9 months from now are already booked out!) On a personal note; To Laura and Irina, it was lovely to meet you. Thank you sooo much! Our stay in NYC well and truly was a pleasure even before we got there because of your guidance and patience with so many of our questions before our stay. Please also thank the Concierge, they were super friendly!

Now that we are back home and our daughter is back in Vancouver, I wanted to write and express how much we thoroughly enjoyed your lovely city and the people of New York. All of whom we met were very warm and friendly. I know our daughter very thoroughly had a great time celebrating her 30th birthday there. In particular, we all also, wish to tell you that our stay in your fabulous apartment went a long way to allowing us to enjoy your city. The comfort, convenience and luxury of your place made our visiting and sightseeing just so much easier and enjoyable. Finally and most importantly, I specifically want to tell you how wonderful it was to deal with Irina and Laura. Everything was handled in such a prompt, courteous and professional manner but more than that, I could feel your kindness and compassion for our situation when we were having difficulty with our flight into snowbound New York. Your words of encouragement when we were stuck in the airport were very comforting. Four of us stayed in this property, while in New York for the marathon. It is the perfect location for getting around the city. The closest subway is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment was very clean and quiet - and the Empire State Building is right outside the bedroom window! Irina and Laura were excellent hosts and responded immediately to any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

My husband, I and our three children (22, 20 and 16 years) spent 5 nights in this apartment in August/September 2011 and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. When we arrived we were so impressed by the location and the size of the apartment. The bedroom and living room are very bigger, all bathroom needs are supplied and there was even some non perishable food items in the kitchen. The location is perfect: many tourist sites are within an easy walk or subway ride (Herald Square station is outside the building), the Empire State Building dominates the view from the windows (wonderful... and also a small part of Chrysler Building). Laura and Irina were very nice to work with: we have recommended this apartment to many friends and we hope to return to this fabulous city.

Great Apartment, Location, Location, Location. We could see the Empire state building outside the window, Macy’s across the street. Subway access a few yards from the main entrance. We stayed for a week. We wen't everywhere via the subway. After a while the street vendors said, “You must live around here, you look local” . It’s was a great place. It was easy to book and the owners were very nice. The whole family loved the place. We’ll be back.

My wife & I just returned from 5 days in NYC & really enjoyed staying in your place! Irina & Laura were very pleasant to deal with. They were prompt and very informative in their replies to all of my questions. Their spacious, clean and secure residence was perfectly located, with a subway stop right outside the door. Anyone flying in to Newark should take New Jersey transit to Penn station. It is only 1 block (10 min walk) from the apartment. Thank you for sharing your wonderful suite! We hope to return soon. My husband and I and our three children enjoyed our stay in NYC partly because of the convenience of this property. There is a subway stop right outside the door that will get you virtually anywhere in the city. Times Square was only 6 short blocks away. We walked there several times with little kids (5,7,and 8) with no issues. You will find whatever you need within a block or two walk. The apartment was not updated, but it was well kept and it was great amount of space for the price. It was enough room for all 5 of us and it beats staying in a cramped hotel room. I definitely recommend this propery again. Laura was extremely pleasant, helpful and sweet.

We came to New York for my 50th birthday all the way from Melbourne and had a wonderful stay. Who can fault a view of Macy's Christmas lights from the living room window?!! There is a subway station out the front door and at 34th street the apartment is a great base to see NYC from! Irena and Laura were so quick to respond to any queries and we comfortably fitted 4 adults and 2 teenagers in the large apartment. They were very helpful and welcoming and we had NO issue with New Yorks dreaded bed bugs here. We would recommend this place to any family travelling here
