Our condos are located at mile marker 92.5 in Tavernier FL, on the southern end of Key Largo in the upper Keys. They provide you with all the amenities you expect from lodgings at a luxury vacation resort at a price you can afford. Due to the county's new short-term vacation rental ordinance, these condos are just one of a very few weekly rental accommodations still available throughout the Keys. By reserving one or more of our condos, you will eliminate that lengthy and frustrating search for the ideal vacation home away from home.

There is 24 hour gated security upon entering the complex. 24 hour management is also available for those late arrivals and all the questions you may think of after check-in. Sun bathe on the sandy beach, take a dip in the ocean, or get up a game of beach volley ball. The indoor/outdoor snack bar is only a few feet away with its extensive menu for when you need to satisfy that hunger or thirst. Laze around the large pool and work on your tan. Take a dip or swim a few laps if the spirit moves you, this pool combines both options.
Ready for something a little more strenuous? Play a game of tennis on one of the two clay courts adjacent to the pool. If you're too busy during the day, play at night, the courts are lighted for you convenience.
There is also a nature trail that winds itself behind the buildings for those who want to do a little walking. The marina is located right next to the beach and the snack bar. For those of you who want a wet slip, we've got it. The cost is $1.50 per foot per day, and is available on a first come, fist served basis. There is plenty of boat trailer parking available, and you may keep your boat on the trailer if you wish. The splash fee is $10 per day, charged just for the days when you actually put-in. Call the dock master for availability.
There is more to do here than you can possibly experience on one vacation. That's why people keep coming back. Of course, fishing is almost a religion here. There are 1,000 species of fish in these water, most of them edible. Sports fishing tournaments abound throughout.
You can enjoy almost any water sport imaginable. Snorkel, scuba dive, parasail, jetski, or windsurf. There are more dive shops per square mile here than anywhere else in the Keys. They will rent or sell you all the equipment you need. You can even rent you a kayak from the management office for $5 per hour.
Enjoy a Glass Bottom Boat Ride from nearby Pennekamp Park, and see the only living coral reef in the Western Hemisphere. Make a day of a visit to the Everglades National Park and participate in one of their numerous activities.
Take a day trip to fabulous Key West and walk down famous Duval Street. Visit Hemingway's Home, see the sunset from the southernmost point in the US, watch the nightly entertainment on Mallory Square, and have a drink in Jimmy Buffet's. If you have a yen to try your luck at gambling, you can spend some time on the Sun Cruise Casino Boat 3 miles off Key Largo Bay, just seven miles from here. When you're replete with sunshine, relax in one of our many restaurants and eat the wonderful local seafood while watching a fabulous sunset. |
