Enjoy the breathtaking beach view and gorgeous sunrises from this prime 3rd floor condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in St. Augustine Beach. Located just north of Marineland and Daytona Beach, Bermuda Run is just minutes away from historic St. Augustine, our nation's oldest city.
You will find this intimate 12-unit, three story condominium complex situated at the end of a private, gated neighborhood. Our beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers easy boardwalk access from the unit to the beach and pool. Sleeping accommodations include a king, queen, and two twin beds. The master bedroom and living area share an oceanfront balcony; the other two bedrooms share a smaller balcony with ocean view. There is new Berber carpet in the condominium and the building received an exterior makeover in 2008. We visit our condominium often, and want you to be as comfortable there as we are!
St. Augustine offers many activities for vacationers. Whether you are interested in the history of the area, shopping, fine dining, or just relaxing in the Florida sun, this is the place for you. Once you get here, you may never leave!

Why the Owner Chose St. Augustine
We have vacationed with our extended family for over 20 years in Florida. Spending that time with grandparents, siblings, and our own children has been such a blessing. It wasn't long before our family began staying in St. Augustine Beach, and it quickly became our favorite spot. We were so fortunate that one of our favorite condos became available, and we were able to finally own our own slice of heaven at the beach! Although we live out of state, we visit our condo as often as we can, but in the meantime, we are happy to share our vacation home with you. It is a wonderful vacation place to share with your family and friends!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The oceanfront location is perfect for spending days at the beach or relaxing on the balcony overlooking the surf. The sunrise each morning across the ocean horizon beautiful. My family enjoys going for long walks on the beach, and my husband loves his daily bicycle ride to the pier. There are many great restaurants nearby and in historic St. Augustine, which is about a 10 minute drive from the condominium.
