Location: Moab, Utah, USA (Within the city of Moab & Close to Arches National Park)

Accommodations:  House, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

Keywords:  House

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is newly remodeled with tile and pine floors, located half a mile from down town city park. The house has a cozy fully fenced back yard, and washer and dryer. No dishwasher. No smoking. Moab city ordinance allows for one rental per month. I can rent the house for a week but would have to leave the house vacant for the remainder of the month, so the longer the rental the better. Feel free to inquire for a week or longer.I'm hoping to build up a small clientel of people who want to rent the house on a more repeat basis, and ultimately only rent to that group. I travel to the house an average of 10 times a year so its important to me to retain a more home way from home feeling rather than a rental.

Moab House

Date of Stay: 10/13/11 Review Submitted: 11/04/11

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay at this house in October 2011. The house is not pretentious as reflected in the price but was almost exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and had every amenity that one would expect in an average house. It even had WiFi (internet) which is not listed in the house description. The pictures are an accurate representation of what to expect. The house is on a quiet residential street and has a (high) fenced in back-yard that offers complete privacy. In Moab there is a shortage of inexpensive accomodation in the 2-4 person grouping except for this house. It sure beats a motel room. I would not think twice about staying here again. There was absolutely no problem with the return of the damage deposit. Thanks for the stay, Dave.
