This large (2183 square foot), three bedroom, two and half bath condo is one house from the ocean/beach and several hundred feet from Newport Bay!! No street to cross to reach beach! It has a 3rd level Master Suite with sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub with separate shower, double sinks and separate toilet area.
There is NO SMOKING in the house. This vacation home has been a private residence, so don't compare it to the standard beat-up, beach rentals typically found closer to and north of the Newport Pier.
Our home is located conveniently between both Piers on the Peninsula. You will be walking distance from great restaurants, live music and shops in the heart of the Peninsula. If you are looking for activities, there are plenty to choose from - biking, boogie boarding, surfing, check out the World Famous "Wedge," sailing, boat rentals, whale watching, Catalina Island, Fishing, shopping at Fashion Island, and more.
This rental is just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and many other tourist attractions
The home has a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. Kitchen with upgraded appliances, cabinets and granite countertops. The home is fully carpeted, has a high definition flat screen TV (cable w/DVR), a VCR/DVD player, a small deck off the dining room with mosaic table and two chairs, another small deck off the living room and a huge roof-top deck with a gas grill.
Once you step upstairs to the rooftop deck, you might never come back downstairs. The views? You will love them! White water, Catalina Island, Newport Pier, Newport Coast, Fashion Island, Newport Bay, the mountains...they're all in view from the huge rooftop deck. We guarantee that next to being on the beach, this is where you'll be spending most of your time!
The garage can fit two cars. There is plenty of free parking on the street (W. Balboa Blvd). There is a washer/dryer and ironing board in a separate laundry room.
