  Great St. George condo for families! We went with our two boys and they had great sleeping arrangements and all of the kid gear- pack n' play, booster seat, etc. My kids loved the videos and puzzles and we enjoyed the beautiful view on the kid friendly balcony and fully equipped kitchen.

  We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We were a party of 6, with children ages 11-17. There was enough room for all 6 of us, with two kids sharing a bed in the second bedroom, which seemed to be roomy enough. The master suite was wonderful. The second bedroom had the bunkbed, and a full bed. There were two bathrooms. There was a great movie collection in the condo.-- they were VHS, so it was a fun retro experience for the kids, and the selection was immense. There is a wonderful balcony with a BBQ grill that was ready to use, and we took advantage by grilling steaks and enjoying the evening view down off the bluff from the balcony. The activity passes for the Green Valley Resort included with this condo were great. We had a lot of fun swimming, playing tennis, and basketball. The majority of the employees at the resort were very friendly and accomodating. There was one lady who periodically ran the desk who seemed to treat everyone as if they were plotting mischief, and wasn't very welcoming. That was the only negative about our whole stay, and it was minor-- she was just a little cold and compulsive about dotting all i's and crossing all t's with racquet/ball rentals, court reservations, etc. Anyway, back to the condo. There are two great pools with hot-tubs in the Las Palmas resort that are close by, and stay open later than the Green Valley pool/hot tubs. They also were less crowded. This unit is on the edge of Las Palmas, which we very much liked. It was only a 3-4 min. walk to the Green Valley resort clubhouse, but you were away from all the hustle/bustle and noise. If you had small children and wanted to be able to keep close tabs on them while in your condo., a more centrally located unit overlooking the pool may be better. But for a more mature family, this was much better, having a great balcony view not overlooking the complex or other units. Lastly, there was a misunderstanding regarding our check-in day, and a small mistake was made where we were going to be charged for an extra day prior to our arrival. I was worried somehow the owner might try to put up roadblocks or make it hard for us to get reimbursed for that. But as soon as we sent her an email pointing out the situation, she immediately agreed and credited back our PayPal account. In summary, a great place to stay, an owner who keeps the condo. up, with functioning grill, ktichen supplies, etc., a nice view, a fun resort to play at, and great hikes nearby.

  Hi just letting you know we did enjoy staying at your condo, everything was wonderful!!! Thanks for opening it up forrental :) We very much appreciated that the kitchen only had thenecessities which provided plenty of space for our food! We have stayed at acondo in Sedona, no kidding, the oatmeal in the can was moving!!!! It was a nicetouch to have some "nicer" soaps and shampoos to use, really enjoyed theproducts (sea salts, and lotions) from the resort. Again thanks

  We enjoyed our stay in this well-equiped condo. The views from the balcony were gorgeous and the unit itself was very comfortable with everything one needs for a short or long stay. The Spa membership was a big plus as we could use the facilities there with no fees. The owner was very responsive - the BBQ grill ran out of gas and she solved the problem immediately. Both the unit and the whole complex were neat and beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay here again in St. George and recommend it to family and friends.

  A beautiful condo! We could tell by seeing in other windows, that our condo was much nicer! The children's room is darling and my 4 children loved it! Everything needed for extra comfort is there to use from cozy lap blankets to games. I bought groceries at the local Smith's. The main indoor/outdoor pools are right across the parking lot and there is also a little miniature golf course, basketball courts, ping pong, and a playground. It was all a big hit with the kids! If you want to BBQ, bring your own cleaner because they don't clean th e grill and also bring your own laundry detergent. One reviewer mentioned her daughter riding her scooter, so my kid's all brought theirs, but when we got there the rules say NO scooters or boards, so we wouldn't let them ride, even though other kid's were doing it. This condo has beautiful views because of it's perfect location (much better than most), and lots of seating on the patio to enjoy it. We really loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again next time we visit St. George. Thank You!!

  My husband and I spent two weeks in this condo. Prior to our staying, I found the owner to be very informative and answered all my questions on a very timely basis. The place was very comfortable, and the queen bed was perfect for me, because I have arthritis and it was soft enough for this, yet supportive. The rooms were nice size and looking out the patio and kitchen widows was really nice...the view was good, and the sunrises were beautiful. The whole place was quiet...even though there were lots of children there at times. This condo is away from the swimming pools and kid's recreation areas, so that attributed to the quietness. We used the swimming pool that was inside, as outside was too cool when were there. We mostly played golf at the surrounding golf courses: Sky mountain (my favorite), Coral Canyon...beautiful and some of the little courses in town. We also hiked a lot in the Red River Areas and in Snow Canyon...these areas are a must even if you just want to look around. We ate at the Painted Pony...very expensive, but great service and delicious, gormet food. The kitchen was set up to do our own cooking, which we enjoy and we used the BBQ also. The staff at the Green River Resort (which is a part of this) were very friendly and there is access to a computer center in the Mission building. No phone is available in the unit, so it's best to have your own cell phone with you. I would go back again and recommend this to anyone.

  I had an amazing time! The view was *spectacular*. I was very, very comfortable in the unit and the size was perfect for my needs. it was immaculate upon our arrival. We went swimming, got haircuts, enjoyed the Wildlife Museum, the Pirate Island restaurant in town (which my daughter LOVED), and the surrounding area was perfect for my daughter to ride her scooter and still be within a safe distance to the condo.
