Our beautiful condo is located less than one block from the Silver Star chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. Park City Mountain Resort is located in historic Park City, Utah, with vibrant nightlife, summer festivals and concerts, great restaurants, shops, The Olympic Park, and year-round outdoor activities of all kinds.
With fabulous skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing across the street in winter, and the cross country ski trails in our backyard, there is plenty to do here when the snow starts falling. But the rest of the year is awesome too! We have found that we love Park City just as much in the other seasons. With extensive mountain bike and hiking trails accessed right across the street and located on a municipal golf course, ours is truly a year round vacation spot. Summer nights are long and beautiful and fall provides blazing foliage in September and early October, you just won't want to miss.
Our location is safe and quiet with mountain and golf course views (in winter the golf course becomes a cross country ski trail). Downtown is a 20 minute walk away, and if you prefer to ride, a free public bus system stops across the street every 20 minutes. Deer Valley and The Canyons are minutes away.
The condo is spacious and has been substantially renovated and is fully equipped. It features two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a third bedroom with three twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy for our condo is nine.
The living room features 20 foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa and TV. It opens onto a deck with private hot tub overlooking the golf course, with mountain views. The main floor also features a family room with large screen TV and DVD, a fully equipped granite, slate and cherry kitchen with island and four barstools, a dining area with seating for six, a mudroom with washer and dryer, a bathroom and the first master bedroom with TV, desk area, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is the second master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and with its own deck with mountain views. Up one more floor is the bunk room with twin beds. Games, cards, puzzles and two sets of snowshoes are provided to round out the fun.
We want to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your stay in our well-appointed condo, and will provide detailed information about the condo, local resorts, activities, restaurants, events, shopping, medical facilities, etc by e-mail well before you arrive.
A 50% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 90 days of arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (this applies only between Dec. 1 and April 15).

The condo is nice, tons of stuff for cooking, etc. But what really makes the difference here is the owner, Greg. He's a great guy to deal with and made the trip perfect for us. 5 stars.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

4 adults and 3 children on our trip and this was the perfect rental! The location at the base of the Silver Star lift @ PCM was perfect for the 5 minute walk at the end of a great day of skiing. Hot tub and fireplace to gather apres' was relaxing for us all. The nordic center @ the adjoining golf course is great for those who don't downhill ski and for the kids to blow off some steam and have some fun in the snow. Walking distance to groceries and to the village, as well as the frequent bus passing by, makes it easy to get around evenwithout the use of a car. (we had 2) The condo was well stocked, clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Came in for a long weekend of skiing with seven adults and really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, quiet, clean, well furnished and spacious. Loved the location near Silver Star lift and two shuttle bus stops. Also, short drive to base of Park City at Legacy Lodge. The owners were incredibly helpful. 7 of us stayed at this condo for a family reunion of sorts and it couldn't have worked out better. The living space is spacious, kitchen well equipped and the proximity to the lift is ideal! The ski shop right there at Silverstar Lift was a pleasant surprise, too. Great people working there and you can leave your stuff overnight and walk home in your snow boots. Hope to return to this condo...owners were great to work with and responsive to all questions.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed at this condo with my filmmaking crew during Sundance, and we were very pleased. The space is large and comfortable with lots of room, and everything we need in terms of bedding, towels, dishes, etc. was provided. The owners were very personal, answered all of our questions and were easy to get in touch with. We love Park City and all it has to offer and this is where we always stay. This condo has been perfect for us. The location could not be better, sitting on the golf course and with the elevator to the ski slopes just across the street. We found the place to be well stocked, furnished nicely, and clean. It is roomy for our whole family and equally cozy for just the two of us. We contacted the owners about one light that was out on a high ceiling. They were very accommodating and responsive. I called in the morning before a hike. By the time I was back, it was being replaced. You don’t find that everywhere. This condo was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and right across the street from the Silver Star lift. We had absolutely no problems and enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners left us all of the information we needed to find activities in the area. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was quiet and private, as stated in the description. The condo was clean and had all the amenities one would need except there was only one set of towels to be found per person - so going from the hot tub to the shower using the same towel twice wasn't great. The walk to the nearby Silver Star chairlift is a bit of a hike with ski boots on and carrying all of your stuff, especially if you have young children. But it's a wonderful part of the mountain with a great place to have lunch. We were very happy with this condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.
