Our beautiful condo is located less than 200 yards from the Silver Star chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. Park City Mountain Resort is located in historic Park City, Utah, with vibrant nightlife, summer festivals and concerts, great restaurants, shops, The Olympic Park, and year-round outdoor activities of all kinds.
With fabulous skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing across the street in winter, and the cross country ski trails in our backyard, there is plenty to do here when the snow starts falling. But the rest of the year is awesome too! We have found that we love Park City just as much in the other seasons. With extensive mountain bike and hiking trails accessed right across the street and located on a municipal golf course, ours is truly a year round vacation spot. Summer nights are long and beautiful and fall provides blazing foliage in September and early October, you just won't want to miss.
Our location is safe and quiet with mountain and golf course views (in winter the golf course becomes a cross country ski trail). Downtown is a 20 minute walk away, and if you prefer to ride, a free public bus system stops across the street every 20 minutes. Deer Valley and The Canyons are minutes away.
The condo is spacious and has been substantially renovated and is fully equipped. It features two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a third bedroom with three twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy for our condo is nine.
The living room features 20 foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa and TV. It opens onto a deck with private hot tub overlooking the golf course, with mountain views. The main floor also features a family room with large screen TV, DVD, and VCR, a fully equipped granite, slate and cherry kitchen with island and four barstools, a dining area with seating for six, a mudroom with washer and dryer, a bathroom and the first master bedroom with TV, desk area, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is the second master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and with its own deck with mountain views. Up one more floor is the bunk room with twin beds. Games, cards, puzzles and two sets of snowshoes are provided to round out the fun.
We want to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your stay in our well-appointed condo, and will provide detailed information about the condo, local resorts, activities, restaurants, events, shopping, medical facilities, etc by e-mail well before you arrive.
A 50% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (this applies only between Dec. 1 and April 15). |
