Emerald Grande is a harborfront development. The unit is located on the third floor, eighth level, with a North and West view of Choctawhatchee Bay and the city of Destin. It is a corner unit that is substantially larger than other 3br/3ba units at 1,920 sq ft. It is beautifully decorated and includes three full bedrooms with ceiling fans, three bathrooms, sofa sleeper, extra large living room, and large wrap around balcony. The large kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. It includes washer, dryer and high speed internet. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. The oversize master bath includes tub and separate glass enclosed shower. Hi, my name is Vince. I haven't been to Emerald Grande because pets aren't allowed. I think that's a dumb rule, but nobody listens to the dog. I hear it's a fabulous place to stay and my owner's friends say his unit is the best.

Greetings! I am looking forward to having you as a guest at my condo soon. The size of this unit is much larger than the average 3/3 at Emerald Grande because it's a corner unit. It has three FULL bedrooms, no bunks, plus the sofa sleeper. The living room can easily accomodate 15 or 20 people for a party, football game, or NASCAR race.
