Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City
We selected Lincoln City for a few reasons. First, my wife loves the outlet malls and variety of stores and shops that most of the smaller coastal towns don't have. Next, Chinook Winds isn't far away and has a number of shows and other entertainment. Finally, the location is perfect and is a quick drive from Portland, Salem, Eugene, Corvallis and Bend areas. This makes it a great meeting spot for family and friends coming from multiple locations.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There is no doubt that the master bedroom is likely the nicest of ANY rental on the Oregon Coast, without exception. The views from this home are incredible. Every one of the 5 rooms in the house are exceptional. Four of the five have wall-mounted TVs, huge walk-in closets, ceiling fans and king sized beds. Another unique aspect is all the room for parking on the nearly 1/4 acre lot.

This is truly a unique rental with views that you can't even get from 99% of the oceanfront homes out there. Being at the peak of the hill is definitely special, you feel as though you are at the top of a lighthouse. I hope you enjoy the home. We have furnished it with high end everything and it is certain to not dissapoint!
