Apartment is located just inside the Old City (Ciutat Vella) and is very near the Arc de Triomf, Ciutadella Park, and the neighborhood of Born. It is close to the beaches and Las Ramblas, as well.
The apartment is very quiet.
The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, and has a fully-equipped kitchen that is open to the living and dining area. It also has a large bathroom and a small interior patio. It is furnished with a double bed (140x190 cm), a double sofa bed, two single beds (90x190 cm), a dining table and six chairs, two armoires, a 20" TV, DVD player, stereo, and combination washing machine and dryer. We provide an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bed-linens and towels as well.
There is also a safe box and WiFi internet at no charge. We have a studio unit in the same building, also advertised on VRBO
The apartment sleeps 6 although an occupancy of 4 would be the ideal.
We are a family company and have been renting apartments in Barcelona for 5 years. We only rent our own units and take pride in keeping our apartments in great shape. |
