It is heated, air conditioned and has a washer/dryer, telephone and internet connection.
The apartment features an absolutely smashing location steps from the Luxembourg Gardens with excellent metro, RER and bus service.
You can board the train at the airport and get off 1 block from the apt with no changes! The neighborhood is quite upscale, in an area where many Parisiens will tell you they wish they could live. Far enough from the touristy part of the 6th to be authentic, it is an easy walk to the discount fashions along St. Placide or the high end shopping of St. Germain.
This apartment is in the heart of the literary section of Paris--several of Ernest Hemingway's apartments are nearby and the famous salon hosted by Gertrude Stein is right around the corner.
One of Paris' best and most famous bakeries, Kayser, is on the corner and within a block are a newstand, shoe repair, laundromat, cafe, bar, and art gallery.
