Enjoy Santa Barbara with family and friends at this large and beautiful home on Shoreline Drive. At sunset, sip a drink on the rooftop deck, while the panoramic ocean view fades into the evening. In the morning, take a stroll down Shoreline Drive to the beach access just 2 blocks away. The location on the Mesa is perfectly situated to allow easy access to the best of Santa Barbara.

This home has 8 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. It is fully appointed to accommodate 3 families with no crowding. The kids will enjoy the private media and game room, while the adults relax by the fireplace in the living room. Two outdoor areas provide sunny escape from the bustle of the house.

The home was updated and newly furnished in 2008. The linens and furniture reflect the casual beach lifestyle of Santa Barbara. Brand new mattresses are on most of the beds. Three bedrooms boast ocean view decks. The well-designed kitchen is fully stocked with everything the family needs for easy and fun cooking.

The nearby Mesa retail area (five minute walk or one minute drive) offers regular and gourmet grocery shopping, Starbucks, pharmacy, DVD rentals, and many restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Peruvian, California Cuisine, Pizza, Burgers, Smoothies, and more). Downtown Santa Barbara, with its attractions and beaches, is an easy five minute drive away.

Take care of business easily with the free high speed Internet access (wireless and wired), free unlimited phone and fax usage (USA only), and use of the all-in-one printer/fax/copier/scanner.

* $1,000 deposit refundable within 14 days of checkout (for stays more than 1 month, extra deposit required)
