Enjoy Santa Barbara with family and friends at this large and beautiful home on Shoreline Drive. At sunset, sip a drink on the rooftop deck, while the panoramic ocean view fades into the evening. In the morning, take a stroll down Shoreline Drive to the beach access just 2 blocks away. The location on the Mesa is perfectly situated to allow easy access to the best of Santa Barbara.

This home has 8 bedrooms and 6 baths. It is fully appointed to accommodate 3 families with no crowding. The kids will enjoy the private media and game room, while the adults relax by the fireplace in the living room. Two outdoor areas provide sunny escape from the bustle of the house. The home was updated and newly furnished in 2008. The linens and furniture reflect the casual beach lifestyle of Santa Barbara. Three bedrooms boast ocean view decks.

The well-designed kitchen is fully stocked with everything the family needs for easy and fun cooking. Downtown Santa Barbara, with its attractions and beaches, is an easy five minute drive away.
