We reciently stayed at this condo (Sept 17-24 2011) and it is one of the nicest condo's we have ever stayed at. It was clean, everything worked and has a nice fully stocked kitchen. Plus it's on the 6th floor, near the elevator. Splash is an amazing resort, especially for families with young children. And this is a fabulous condo to visit.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Returned from staying at this condo. The accomodations exceeded all expectations! Condo was very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was better equipped than the one I have at home. The ocean view was outstanding! Would recommend to anyone!!

My family and I just returned home from our vacation in panama city. We really enjoyed staying in your condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were decorated so nicely, and it was very spacious. The balcony was huge and had an amazing view! My five year old daughter just loved it. She had so much space to run around and play. The pools were very nice too, and she loved the arcade. Over all this is one of the best vacations we have had so far. I would definetly recommend your condo to others.

Just got back from staying In Rick's unit. He spoke with me over the phone before going and said he had a really nice unit and we would enjoy it. He was totally correct! The unit is nicely decorated and very spacious. We actually stayed in another unit, as well, during this trip, and Rick's unit far out shined the other unit! The huge balcony was plenty big and had a beautiful view. Our three year old loved to sit out there and let the breeze blow in her face. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and it was a great experience. One more thing I want to mention was that I left some personal belongings in the unit and I emailed Rick asking him what the cleaning crew would normally do in a situation like this. Rick took it upon himself to call the manager at Splash, have my belongings tracked down and returned to me. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make a guest happy. This owner knows what customer service is all about and I would highly recommend his condo and renting from him. The kids had a great time. Thanks Rick for everything. God Bless.

We were very pleased with the accomodations at 607W. It was a spacious, well kept corner room with a great view of the beach!!!! The details of the unit as well as the pictures shown on the VRBO website were right on the money. We had an easy time to check in and check out. (Room was not ready till almost 4pm but it was ok ) We stayed for 5 nights with our four kids so we had to bring a few extra essentials (hairdryer, trashbags,paper towels etc small stuff) . The resort and beach area of Splash is very family oriented and was not overcrowded during our stay. The room was very nice for the kids and us to come back too during our breaks from the beach/pools. We even got to enjoy the arcade and excersize room during our stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for families or couples just looking to relax. Thank you Rick!!!

My wife and I just returned from visiting Panama City Beach, Splash. We stayed in this (607W) unit and it was even better than expected! This unit is beautiful, spacious and has all the comforts of home and THEN SOME!!! After doing a lot of research we are very happy we found this unit and Rick gave us a great price too! We will be back next year.
