The huge upstairs master suite has a gas fireplace, his and her sinks, walk in closet, and a large jetted corner window tub. A second master is on the main level. There are two other spacious upstairs bedrooms.
Downstairs, oak floors cover the living room, formal dining, family room, eating area, and kitchen. The spacious family room, open to the kitchen and bay window breakfast area, has a raised stone wood burning fireplace. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with wooden beams and great mountain views out the huge windows. The formal dining room seats eight. The gourmet kitchen has slab granite counter tops and an island with all new appliances. Most of the furniture is also new. It has a three car garage, very large deck and unfinished walkout basement.
Restaurants, grocery stores and shops are five minutes away, and the Air Force Academy is a 15 minute drive. Pike National Forest and Monument Preserve are within walking distance; both have many hiking, biking, and horse trails.
