Oceanfront Palm Paradise! This elegant six bedroom home is brand new to the rental market! We have just put it up for rental and it is the perfect place for every occasion on the Isle of Palms. Located on an over sized, oceanfront Palm Blvd lot, this home offers incredible Atlantic Ocean views, a large pool, a personal and private walkway to the beach, large plush backyard, and a spacious floor plan for everyone! There is also a 4-car garage beneath the home.
The first floor of this home has all the main living areas, as well as two bedrooms, including the master. The master bedroom comes complete with a king(K) bed, TV, and his and hers master baths. There are separate bathrooms in the master, one with stand-up shower and the other with a jetted jacuzzi tub. There is also plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a twin daybed with twin trundle(T)(T) along with a TV and private bath.
There is also a pool table in the room off of the foyer for your entertainment. The living area has a large TV, plenty of seating and ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed for your vacation. There is a small screened porch and large open porch off the back of the home that offer incredible views of the ocean and a pleasant place to relax or lay around the pool. The private pool has decks and covered areas on either side for shade or plenty of sunshine for a great tan. The pool area leads out to a large grassy backyard and private walkway to the ocean.
The second floor contains three large bedrooms and a bonus bedroom. The bedrooms have queen beds(Q)(Q)(Q), while the bonus bedroom has two twins(T)(T) and a sleeper sofa(SS).
