We just returned from a week-long family vacation at Thanksgiving. We booked a 4-BR villa and, because the resort was very full, ended up with a villa that was unsatisfactorily located for such a large group with 2 children. Katia was able to fix the problem despite our being told there was no other villa available. We were moved to the most beautiful villa and we had the best vacation ever! Katia is dedicated not only to her customers but to the staff at the resport, and they will do everything in their power to help her resolve any problem that you may have.

Wonderfull experience! The Jr suite, the resort and stuff were all delighful. Thank you for renting to us. We cannot wait to go back! We are planning a big group and of course everybody knows Katia.
