We love the view and the patio furniture. WE can't wait to get in the hot tub. We woke up this morning to a freshly fallen rain. It makes the view even more beartiful. Everytime we look around we see a decoration in the cabin that we haven't seen before. Our visit in April of this year, we were told, was at a time when you assumed ownership of this cabin. It's now Sept. and we really appreciate all the changes. The new deck boards and railings was a needed, and really nice change. TVs in every room is nice! The flower arrangements and live planters are super!! The fresh flowers on the table was a lovely touch!!! We've noticed a few new pictures hanging around as well as a few other little decor changes. A really nice change was getting rid of the metal tie-downs on the deck furniture. When we first walked in the cabin, we were really glad that we picked this cabin. The view was unbelievable and it was decorated so beautifully. The Toshibas were really cool and we spent a lot of time playing pool. The bedrooms were cool, too. We really liked the hot tub and sat in it pretty much every night. Our family enjoyed our stay here and "A Wilderness Lodge". We loved our view and enjoyed the activities around the area. We have visited Tennessee several times and have stayed at other cabins, but none have had the view this one has. We would love to bring our family back to stay here.Did you find this review helpful? The house is beautiful and so was the view. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the kids loved playing foosball and having their own TV. It was great to have two fireplaces and two living areas. We also loved the theme decorations in each room. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend Spring Break. We had a wonderful stay here in "The Wilderness Lodge". The view is amazing. It snowed on Sunday and soon the surrounding area was covered in a soft cover of white. The cabin was beartifully decorated and the foosbas was quite competitive. Even if we had been snowed in, we wouldn't have minded staying here in this lovely house. This was our 2nd visit to yoru home. Had a wonderful experience at Cades Cove. We saw two mama bears and seven cubs. We enjoyed shopping, golfing and dining out. We have enjoyed "The Wilderness Lodge" so very much. It is so peaceful here-the mountains reflect God's handiwork so awesomely. The chalet was beautiful and decorated perfectly. In light of all that has transpired this month (the terrorist attacks on the US)-this was the perfect place to get away from the images that we have seen over and over on the television and the hear the counts rise of the dead. I sit here and look at these mountains and know that God still is in control.
