"Three Bears"! This beautiful, spacious cabin is located in Bear Lake (Garden City, UT. It was built in 2003, 2400 Sq Ft., (4) Bedrooms and (1) loft, (2) Bathrooms, Sleeps up to 12 (+ Children under 3), large deck, patio and a gorgeous view of Bear Lake. (3) Queen Beds, (1) Full Beds, (1) Bunk Bed, two twin beds, (1) Addt'l Twin Bed, (1) Futon (Queen), (1) Sofa Sleeper.

Bear Lake is often called the "Caribbean of the Rockies" for its intense turquoise blue water. As visitors catch their first glimpse of the lake, they marvel at its color and wonder what makes the lake so blue. Sitting on one of its many white, sandy beaches, you can imagine yourself on your own little island.

Come visit the best lake in the West! Come and enjoy a relaxing environment for your family reunion. Come and take part in the many activities Bear Lake has to offer. Here's an invitation to share our home and enjoy an incredible time with family and friends.

Policies:

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Occupancy is limited to the maximum amount listed for the property. Children under 3 are not counted towards the maximum occupancy. House parties are prohibited. No excessive drinking of alcohol. No smoking or pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or not staying at all forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellations made with less than 30 days prior to stay forfeit the full payment (with the exception of $200 security deposit and $95 cleaning fee). Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Deposit:

50% of rental is due at time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. A security deposit is required for the rental. Any damage to the property will be assessed and collected.

Violation of any terms will result in the termination of stay & penalties. Please also note the loft has ladder access only and is also warmer because it is at the highest part of the house (Fans are provided).

    • Lake View: The lake is about a 5-minute drive. Skiing is about 15 minutes to Beaver Mountain.

  • Communications
    • Telephone: The telephone is currently not working. This can be added for an additional expense, along with high speed internet (Ask for details). However most cell phones appear to work well.
    • Computer: A computer is not provided but High Speed Internet can be added Along with use of a local phone line for $70.
    • Broadband Internet: This is only available for a fee of $70. The connection is not currently live but can be made active. We have a modem with wireless internet. Please ask for details.
    • WiFi (Wireless Internet): Available for $70. Please see notes above

    • No Pets Allowed
    • Kid Friendly: However, we do not have the place prepared for infants. Please remove any chemicals or hazards from the reach of infants. We also do not have a barrier for access to the stairs for infants.

Why the Owner Chose Garden City

Justin has relatives in Logan and often visited Bear lake. After taking Maria there it was apparent we wanted to eventually retire in the area. We enjoy spending time with family there and the great activities that lake and the area provide. There's just something special about the area that we enjoy each time we visit. We also enjoy the relaxation and view of bear lake at our home. It's not how many days you have in your life but in how many memorable moments. It just a great place to get away and enjoy and create great memories!

The Unique Benefits of this Cabin

Great family reunions, almost an acre of privacy, great view of Bear Lake and Garden City, peaceful and quiet.

    • What an awesome place! I cannot begin to describe that fantastic view and great location of this cabin. We found it to be spacious, cozy and clean. I was really impressed having rented many places befor with the home feeling of this cabin. This is very close to the lake and skiing as well. Kudos!!!
